Dr. Medley is a graduate of the Southern College of Optometry. She is a active member of the American Optometric Association, West Tennessee Optometry Society, Collierville Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers her time for Sight for Students charitable organization. Dr. Medley was selected to serve as a Clinical Examiner for the National Board of Optometry.

I have been coming to see Dr. Koester for several years. She and her staff are the best! If not for them I'd probably be blind by now. The are very good at making you feel like part of the Advance Eye Care family. They treat you professionally and with respect. Everyone from those that greet you when you come in, to all the staff that carry you through each process, including making sure you look great in your frames. Had my first visit with Advanced Eye Care & they completely made my day! The doctor i saw clearly explained everything that was going on with my eyes and took the time to understand my concerns. Very personable people. Clean office and very well organized - they even tightened my earpieces on my glasses just bc! I will be back, makes me look forward to going to the eye doctor!

Have been looking for an eye doctor since relocating to the area. My wife had a very poor experience with a DR who was "close".
From the moment I walked in I knew I was in for a very positive experience. I expect professional treatment which I received. In addition the warm caring staff who offered opinions when appropriate on styles of glasses, to the DR who expressed real interest not only in my eyes, but lifestyle and history to help her and the staff make solid recommendations on what I should be looking for.
Will switch the rest of the family to their practice.

I just had my yearly check up and as always was super pleased with my eye care. I see Brenta Medley, O.D. and she, Dr. Koester, and all of the staff are very knowledgeable, personable, caring, friendly, and professional. I have been a patient there since 2008, and have received excellent care. They have a convenient location, a lovely office, and are very prompt with their appointment times. I would highly recommend Advanced Eyecare & Optical to anyone.

Have been looking for a new Eye Doc. Drove from Southaven for my 1st exam with Dr. Brenta Medley. I was very impressed. The staff was most courteous and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in a little earlier than my scheduled appointment when a cancellation came up, helped me get to work on time. They were also very knowledgeable about making the best use of my insurance to choose glasses, etc.
Dr. Medley was awesome - explained my exam results, what those results meant to me, why I would need the prescription she recommended, and addressed concerns about how that prescription would affect

A friend of mine recommended Advanced Eyecare & Optical to me a few months ago. So, when I had an accident and cut my eye I thought I would give them a try. I needed to see a doctor quickly and I was able to walk in and see a doctor. They were so kind and helpful. The doctor was wonderful and the office is very nice. I will return and would highly recommend Advanced Eyecare & Optical to anyone needing eye care. They had a great selection of eye wear as well.
