Van-G Logistics
Family owned and operated and strategically located in California's Central Valley, Van-G Logistics is a total logistics company providing services across every industry. Started in 1978 as Van-G Trucking, Van-G Logistics has since expanded to become a leader in the California logistics and transportation industry.

Van-G Logistics has the ability to handle all commodities within any industry. Five business locations conveniently located throughout California connect a fleet of over 150 trucks and trailers, nearly 40,000 feet of railroad track, to more than 750,000 square feet of warehousing capacity.
Services
Our company would not be where it is today without our complete faith in our Lord, Jesus Christ. We have always made sure to acknowledge Him in all that we do and give God the first fruits of our labor. We are very blessed to have four daughters that serve in church and have taken an active interest in our company.
Van-G Logistics is always taking applications for potential mechanic positions. Van-G Logistics hires Diesel and General mechanics to repair all series of truck, trailer, and warehousing equipment. Van-G Logistics offers its customers transloading including truck to rail and rail to truck service, dry and cold storage, and short haul trucking.
Van-G Logistics' rail service is not only one of the fastest, but also one of the most environmentally friendly methods of transportation for commodities that are being shipped all across the United States. Via this rail service, four long haul trucks, which in total emit 2.5 metric tons of carbon emissions, are replaced with only one rail car.
No matter what size, shape, or special need, Van-G Logistics can store it. With more than 330,000 square feet of cold storage and 500,000 square feet of dry storage, there is no job too big or too small for us to handle. Whether you need to store pallets, barrels, drums, or bulk - we can do it. We have four locations that are serviced by rail, three of which offer cold storage and refrigerated-docking.

Pack breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have been sitting here over 3 hours. They finally put me in a door one hour past my appointment. Then I was moved across the street to a different dock. Now I sit waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence again. Walk the dogs and get food before you arrive here. Now the local drivers were in docks quickly. They seem nice but that is as far as it goes. Make sure you turn on De Wolf St then you have to turn right and go around scale and park it there. You walk across the street to check in.

Front desk person don't seen to like her job, she look sad and miserable doing her job.
Late for appointment fee is $156, I personally think that's taking advantage, more when I was on traffic because of an accident(photo attach) I'm a driver and the company pay the fee, i didn't, but my opinion is that the vangLogistic is dirty for that fee. Warehouses need truckers to come and truckers need warehouses Where to pick up, but who as a trucker wanna support a dirty selfish warehouse company. I don't, even if I'm not the one paying the fee, I just don't wanna support this type of company mentality

They claim to be of christian background, yet treat drivers less than human. I know I'm worth more than dirt at least. Just a little bit of decency goes a long way. Your business hours are up to 5 pm and I've been here since 10 a.m. after also paying you a penalty for being 12 minutes late. How is it anything other than disregard for others when I'm still waiting for you to complete my load. Many more things have happened that would make this way too long. But I sure wish people knew what being Christian is supposed to mean.

This place is old and rundown! The staff is treated badly and the turnover is high. The guy that inspected my container placed me in a door after 3 other trucks with the same appointment time came 45 minutes after I did. He was shuffling papers and could not read his writing. Yeah well okay his name is PEDRO, he is on his 6th day. Apparently CHRIS quit or got fired, I'm thinking he quit because he had been telling me about other opportunities!!! Clearly he wasn't happy!

Apparently during a visit with a primary customer Leprino, they've need to upgrade to most satisfactory forklifts. They are short on functioning formats which put all appointments behind schedule. How hard can it be to lease proper equipment. If trucking companies started complaining and charging outrageous DENTION FEES maybe the ownership would take care of this issue! Fix this internal issue please!!

Entrance is on wolf ave.. park opposite side of facility and walk to the office for check in and they will let you in... come here on appointment time only they will not load you even 15 minutes before, it’s my experience, my appointment was at 3 pm and I checked in at 9:30 am but they said we can’t load you before your appointment time, and they come to me 2:55 pm and start loading..quick after dock.. they will inspect your trailer very well before loading.. trailer should be clean and no hole at all, no outside light should come inside the trailer and they are serious about it so make sure

Working for this company was the most horrible work experience I've ever had!
The President/Owner, Roger, is degrading and micromanaging... He openly humiliates his employees in a way that creates a hostile work environment. They also take great pride in unethically charging their clients for services that have NOT been rendered. In addition I would NEVER recommend using this company for your transportation needs or any of their money as it's dirty.

This company will tell you that it is a Mon-Fri w/ weekends off, then get you in & after about 3-4 weeks they will work you between 14 to 17 hrs per day / 6 days a week (only 1 day off). You will eventually realize that it is not worth all the hours & hard work you put in. Your pay comes out to be $7- $9 per hr. The dispatchers are all females with attitudes and always blame you for their mistakes and they do not know how to communicate well with drivers & don't tell you what you are picking up or the reefer temp settings. You always jump trucks & their equipment is junky,
