Services
Over the last twenty years VEI Logistics, has emerged as one of the valley's leading delivery providers. We offer a variety of services to meet our customers' growing needs. Our daily line hauls from the Fresno area depart for San Francisco and Los Angeles. These trucks deliver and drop shipments for on forwarding services and then recover shipments from the airlines and our customers for delivery within the Fresno and central coast areas.

Yelp PERSISTENTLY tries to get businesses to pay $$ for their service. Most WILL NOT give in and get an unsavory work up.
Sometimes people cannot accept the process and think rules for service don't apply to them.
I recommend you formulate YOUR OWN opinion and not just take everything you read for face value.

Worst customer service. They have rescheduled my delivery twice, once due to weather (justified) and again today because it's sprinkling outside. I placed an order 11/13 and we are in December with no delivery. When I spoke to the customer service rep she merely offered to cancel my delivery entirely. Which is what I did. This company could not care less. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but some basic courtesy would have gone a long way.

Extremely rude secretary that should be FIRED. A delivery driver went to VEI Logistics to pick up an order and bring it to the customers house and the lady told him to get off the premises and don't come back. She said she couldn't release the order because she needed confirmation. She did receive confirmation 5 hours prior to the deliver guy picking up. My husband called to ask her to give our order to the delivery driver and she was rude and said NO. I also called and she was even rude with me. Then, the company that told her to release the order called back and told her to let the delivery guy

This is the worst delivery company I have ever worked with. The delivered a shipment to me on a Tuesday and then called me an hour later to tell me that it was not mine and they had left my package on the dock that was three hours away. They said they would redeliver on Friday. No call or shipment Friday. I called them Monday, he said he would bring it Tuesday, a week after the original shipment. On Tuesday I called and they said Wednesday between 10-2. I called them at 1:15 they said the driver would be here in 1 1/2 hours. To say the least, horrible service!!!!

Too bad AIT Worldwide has contracted with VEI Valley Express to deliver for them, they have a delivery for us that shipped from San Diego on Dec 3, today is Dec 27 and we still have not received our delivery!
Why? Because they lost our product!!!
They did not want anyone to know, so they just kept rescheduling, saying they didn't have any trucks in our area until after Christmas (Horse Pucky!!) We found out they dropped it off at a business in a town 40 miles away, and that business told someone else (not us) and they told someone else....etc.
Why no one called us, I don't know. But here we

I may raise my rating after my shipment is actually delivered depending on the quality of service.
I actually waited 4 days after the shipper's webside listed the arrival of my shipment. I called to see when it would be delivered and was told that they did not have it. I checked the shipping information and called back, and again was told that I was "wrong" and that it was not there. When I told the young woman who was insisting that I was "wrong" that I was simply relaying information that was on the website she acted like she didn't believe me and told me to

Every so often, my company gets an order that HAS to be delivered by a certain time (even though it may be slightly unrealistic)- and I have to jump through hoops to make sure it gets delivered on our client's schedule.
In early July, 2017, I got such an order- and I needed help from Valley Express to get this shipment delivered ON TIME (actually a day earlier that it was technically scheduled)- with white glove service to insure that there was no damage.
Jeff, the Routing Manager at Valley Express, was exceedingly helpful in making sure that this shipment got priority.

I've been working with VEI for the past 3 years on several deliveries. Jeff has always been the first to reach out to me and schedule the delivery and John almost always delivers our freight. John is always on time with a fantastic attitude and a willingness to help me with un-crating the material. I work with several other logistics companies and VEI is easily the best across the board.
