Dr. Michael C. Zarabi is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist in New Jersey and New York, treating adolescents, adults, and families. He received his doctorate from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University. Dr. Zarabi completed his doctoral research in the area of chronic illness, a specialty in his practice.
Specifically, he focused on the psychological and educational impact of inflammatory bowel disease, conducting research in the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology at Morristown Medical Center. Dr. Zarabi also has a publication that addresses the issue of chronic illness in schools entitled Inflammatory Bowel Disease: The Impact on Student Functioning (2009).
