Services
I am a NJ licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience working with adolescents, families, and adults. My private practice is centrally located in Livingston near the major intersection of Northfield Road and Livingston Avenue.

I provide psychotherapy to individuals and families struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, anger and aggression, family conflict, parenting and family dynamics during adolescence, relationship and interpersonal problems, LGBT related concerns, and more.I specialize in two areas: grief & loss e.g.
My fee for an hourly (50 min) session is $200 for adults and $250 for adolescents/families. I charge the same rate per hour whether it is the initial consultation or a family session. Depending on your financial situation e.g. Your scheduled appointment is a time reserved for you. I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Adolescence is a time of profound change. It's like being pulled away from childhood and pushed into a new chapter of life - like being a stranger to those around you and to yourself. This process isn't easy, and raising a teenager really tests a parent's emotional resiliency. As teens struggle to find a way to become their own person, they can put a family through significant upheaval.
There is a transformative dynamic to group therapy that for many is a uniquely effective way to tackle problems and learn how to cope with them. The social aspect of being in a group, where feedback and reactions from others are in the moment, provides a profound opportunity to learn about who you are in an interpersonal context as well as gain support from others.
It takes courage to seek help and taking this first step shows a desire and ability for change. Often, the process of psychotherapy can be more meaningful than the content - what we talk about. Therapy is a dynamic process that plays out in the context of the therapeutic relationship. Helping my clients reduce their symptoms is my primary goal.
