I had a job interview at SBAY construction last month. The owner Al Matin is so arrogant and unprofessional. During the interview, he raised his voice disrespectful and tried to attack interviewer with his questions to make you feel you are not worth it. Then, he offered with a cheap salary under 50K for Civil Engineer. He also told me he hired a seven-year experience Civil Engineer around 60K for wage. I also researched his company and I found out LOW wage, NO health care, NO 401K. Last but not least, he showed negative attitude and shamed my previous job which was at Gilbane Building Group which
