I had doubts before I choose this dentistry, and I was required to do a deep cleaning before I could do any fillings. I did have lots of issues with my gum and teeth, and deep cleaning went well, a bit pricy with my insurance.

This place will let you suffer in pain and not offer to numb your gums BEFORE taking xrays. My husband literally said his head was throbbing due to his tooth pain and he could barely focus. As he sat suffering, they spent time printing out booklets and planning his next FOUR next visits. Come on people! That's what happened to my husband today. He told every single person how much pain he was in. They took x-rays then wanted to have a meeting on what the insurance covers and plan his next four appointments. I have been coming to Smile Time Dental for several years now. The place is bright and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Jack is professional and efficient. I’ve been to this dentist 3-4 times now. Upon starting at their office I was told I needed a deep cleaning, and they would not perform any other services until I had the deep cleaning done. That cleaning was no different than any other cleaning I’ve ever had, but it sure cost me. (Actually the basic cleaning I had yesterday in their office was better than whatever that deep cleaning was where the guy barely scraped at my teeth, that was my second visit to their office).

Best dental office experience I've had in years! After having gone to two other offices with really bad experiences, I switched my insurance provider and came here. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. Dr. Carlos and the staff really did such a great job and made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedures. Definitely recommend this office!

Came in today for a teeth cleaning and filling and really enjoyed my experience! Taylor (Tay) did my cleaning and I really loved her positive spirit. I hadn't had a cleaning in a couple years, so I was worried it was going to be painful, but she was very gentle and took her time. Robin came in with my dentist, (I didn't get a chance to catch his name) to do my filling, and she too was very sweet and I found her light heartedness comforting. I loved that there was a movie on for me to watch during the cleaning, which helped distract me. I wasn't kept waiting long and was very happy
