My partner and I dropped a truck off here to have a new Stellar hooklift installed for our dumpster rental company. The staff was very helpful and even took us in to the shop as we could have a look at the same model we purchased that was just installed on another vehicle. Overall our experience throughout this process has been great. Can’t wait to see the finished product.

Jason convinced me to have a PDI, a pre-delivery inspection done on a four-year-old trailer I was considering buying. This PDI cost $95 and showed no problems anywhere within the camper. I took it home and the next day could not get any water to pump through the systems. There was no water in the fresh water tank and the drain valve was stuck closed so it could not have been drained. There's no way that water system could have been tested yet I paid an extra $95 for it. Jason's answer was that the pump broke on the way home. There was a leaky bypass valve allowing air in the system the whole time

I looked at a rv camper to buy. Filled out a credit application the same day for it and while still getting everything done for the loan 5 days later they sold the one we wanted to buy. Not only that but never informed us it sold or gave us any information about maybe getting another one so they told the loan company it sold and nothing. So the loan was canceled because had no order in for a sale. All this was going on and no one ever called or emailed us to say anything. My daughter is devastated now and we have a hard hit to our credit with nothing to show except terrible customer service. I

Purchased a Wildwood Travel Trailer recently from Jason here at Mount Joy. We had a few small issues the first night out, but Jason called to check-in and see how things were going that evening before he even knew anything was wrong and immediately started working to problem solve the issues with me . He drove 1+ hours to meet us the next day (a Sunday) and pick up the travel trailer, made everything right and then drove 1+ hour again to drop the Wildwood back off for me at a campground the following weekend. Fantastic customer service you won't get anywhere else.

Had a problem with my RV. The door would not unlock. I call them up when Natural Bridge/ Lexington KOA recommended them. They had me come right in. They did not have a replacement part but fixed my door so I could at least use it and then refused to let me pay them for their time. Great place to do business and I am so grateful for their help.

Wonderful and knowledgeable group of people! They helped us out when we needed it most without an appointment and fixed our problem right then there. We greatly appreciated the quick and great service we received. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that has issues with camper or hitch problems. Love the new hitch pulls great!!

No doubt this dealer has the experience and facilities for all your RV needs. But some statements from them on other websites ain't exactly true. 1- After shopping there and pricing a certain new unit, I found the EXACT brand new unit for $2500.00 less and it had an outdoor shower, their's did not. 2- They are correct in that "if you didn't buy it here, you have to take it back where you bought it for warranty work".. That's the answer I got. They are your "friend" when your shopping but if you buy somewhere else, completely different attitude. 3- I know someone who got an awning replaced here
