I normally don’t write reviews.. but .. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! COMPLETELY RUINED MY CREDIT SCORE BECAUSE OF A CARELESS MISTAKE MADE ON THEIR END.. HERE I AM 7 MONTHS LATER COUNTLESS HOURS SPENT TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CREATED ONLY TO BE IN THE EXACT SAME POSITION FROM WHERE I STARTED.. SUPER DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STAFF AT NWHCU. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am not a customer here but I sure as hell will never be a customer after my experience here. My mother has been a long time customer and I have been in the bank numerous times to make deposits for her or to cash checks from my own clients. It never fails every single time I go in, the tellers have the absolute worst attitude in the world. They have to be some of the rudest people I’ve met in the customer service industry. Not only does one bank teller give you the dirty eye ball as you wait in line (which it ALWAYS takes forever) but no one says

Do not use this bank I think that they use dinosaurs to deliver there checks through mail and there bill pay is not done by their bank they have a separate bank doing all the mobile banking and it is less than stellar now I know why they are down to only one bank they also have very rude people there
