Pancott John Gymnastic Center
Pancott Gymnastics offers all levels of training for both Mens and Womens Gymnastics. These levels are through USA Gymnastics, the governing body of competitive gymnastics in the country. Team members learn routines for each of their competetive apparatus. There are different routines for each level.

We offer teams to ages 6-18 years. Gymnasts train year round, anywhere from 4-8+ hours per week. There is a monthly training tuition for each level and gymnasts are moved up when they are ready. They travel and compete against other teams locally as well as such cities as Pittsburgh, New York, Baltimore, and Richmond.
Services
John Edward Pancott, the namesake of John Pancott Gymnastics Center, devoted 59 years to the sport of gymnastics. He was a British National Champion and two-time Olympian for Great Britain before he came to the United States with his family in 1967 on the last crossing of the Queen Mary. John worked at Valley Forge Military Academy, Nissen Corporation and later opened his own gymnastics school.
The primary objective of the pre-team program is to provide your daughter with the necessary foundation to perform optional level i.e. Levels 6-10 competitive gymnastics. The main focus will be on developing strength, flexibility, and reinforcing the proper body positions to perform complex gymnastics skills.
There will be gymnastics event training from 9:00-12:00, lunch from 12:00-1:00, and gymnastics tricks and games 1:00-4:00. Please bring a lunch, drink, and a snack for break time. Please pack water bottles so we can limit the use of the water fountain. We have a pizza party every Friday for lunch, children must bring in $5 to cover the cost of pizza, drink and chips.
Make sure your child knows that win or lose, scared or heroic, you love her and appreciate her efforts and are not disappointed. Try your best to be completely honest about your child's athletic capability, her competitive attitude, her sportsmanship and her actual skill level. Be helpful, but don't coach her on the way to the gym, on the way home, at breakfast, and so on.

Great gym, great program. Open gym days are great for those who are just starting. A western mainline tradition.

The staff is so good they are able to handle my moderately autistic child within the regular classes. My younger son competes on their team and they have prepared him incredibly well for his first season. As a former gymnast, it's nice to find a gym that can handle anything you throw at them. ;)

Excellent gymnastics center. The attention the children receive from the coaches is amazing. The coaches are excellent and know what they are tAlking about to help the children get better. They have all the… proper equipment to learn all gymnastics at an Olympic level. I wish I had a place like this when I was growing up, taking gymnastics. So happy my daughter does.

The coaching staff is bar none! No other gymnastics center that we've belonged to takes the time, has the patience, and encourages these kids like John Pancott Gymnastics Center. Both my son and daughter have been members for over 7 years and we could not think of a better place for them to build their confidence, learn discipline, and self-respect. And best of all, they have fun doing it!
