Dr. Ma and his staff are always kind, professional, and the business is clean and safe. I actually enjoy my appointments with Dr. Ma. I cannot say that for every doctor I have had. He is personable, and explains things in a way that is easy to understand...and most importantly to me, he takes time to answer all of the questions I have. I never feel rushed. Very highly recommend.

I chose Dr. Ma based on his stellar reviews on Yelp, so I had high expectations during my first visit with him. Upon entering his office, Andrew welcomed me and started the initial vision tests right at my appointment time. Then I moved to the examination room, where I met Dr. Ma. I was there to get two new glasses, so Dr. Ma listened to my annoyances about my existing ones and made recommendations on how these issues can be avoided with the new glasses. His "bedside manner" was exemplary! With my new prescriptions in hand, Andrew patiently walked me through the many frames before I settled

Great service staff, assisted me with my frames that were not fitting well whatsoever. The office was well appointed and very clean, all entering were expected to wear a mask, and I applaud the effort to keep their customers and employees safe. I went ahead and set an appointment for my next eye exam as a result of my experience. I would highly recommend them, AND they were open with the doctor on premises on a Saturday - all big plusses in my estimation.

I been going to this office for a few years. Making an appointment, coordinating benefits and asking questions about my insurance and has been an easy breeze. Dr. Ma is very mellow and easy to talk with. I think the office and staff are hip and up go date with technology maybe that is the reason why I get a quick call or text when I call the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Ma and his staff. I hope they continue to take my insurance to be a long time loyal customer

Since I've moved to Orange, I had to find a new optometrist. I'm glad I stumbled upon Dr. Bryan Ma's office. I have been going here for 2 years now, and will continue to while I'm a resident of Orange!
The whole staff is great. Friendly, personable, and prompt. I always have great conversations with Dr.Ma, and he surprisingly remembered the last conversation he had over a year ago! If that doesn't prove a doctor cares about his patients, I'm not sure what will. He is always willing to help out with my personal preferences rather than just try to up-sell me on products

You can't get any better than Dr Ma. We have been going to him for 3 years now we are so glad we found him. We left our old optometrist because they retired and we didn't think we could have found one better. Dr. Ma is the BEST we have ever had! Period! He is great with our kids. All the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I love being able to communicate by text. 10 out of 5 stars!

I could not have been more pleased by the care I received from Dr. Ma and his staff (Andrew) at Bryan Ma Optometry, from speaking with Andrew on the phone to making my appointment for the eye exam itself online. The communication from the office is both timely and modern (text and e-mail). You can either call-in or send them an e-mail from their website. In my case, I requested an appointment online, and received a follow-up email immediately to confirm they got my information. The office is clean and all the equipment appears to be new as well. I saw Dr. Ma for my eye exam and he was very thorough

Dr. Ma is incredible - he's incredibly skilled and precise in his practice but also just a light-hearted and a sincere guy who will happily talk about Netflix recommendations - a perfect mix. The staff is amazing and both my wife and I found a ton of stylish frames that we loved there - both of my kids want to have glasses now.
My mom has been going to see Dr. Ma on my suggestion and she switched from her optometrist that she's had my entire life.
Just an awesome place and an awesome staff - super chilled out and welcoming with some space age technology to really dial in what I needed

Amazing: fast, friendly, great care. Appointment was super speedy and Dr. Ma always leaves plenty of time for questions/never makes me feel rushed. Been going here for years and highly recommend!!

This is my second annual check-up with Dr. Ma and I'm so happy I found his office on Yelp. I had a horrible optometrist in Aliso Viejo so coming to his office is a breath of fresh air. He's extremely nice, thoughtful, and has tons of experience.
As I was getting rung up for my contact lenses, a customer came in to give him vacuum-sealed fish he caught! I think it's a testament to how well-liked you are when your patients want to give you random gifts because they're thinking of you. Suffice it to say, I'm happy I found a great optometrist for my contact lenses and glasses
