I was in a car accident and I had to get a tow. This company showed up and took my car, the guy was nice and understood my situation. But when I went to get my belongings out of my car, I had to go inside and release the car to my insurance. I was met with a very rude older man. I was crying because it was my first car and i had it for 3 months. The man has zero sympathy for me, and kept telling me, "There's no need to cry over a car" in a very impolite manner and I found that extremely disrespectful. Then he kept telling me that he could not open the liftgate for me because "There was no need

Called for an emergency tow on the side of the road. They were there within 30 minutes and were very affordable. Made a terrible situation a lot easier. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you Golden State Towing!!
