Shawn Pettway, Lead Supervisor and Tristan Guivry was my maintenance team on my air conditioner who display exceptional and professionalism on my unit. I had complaints of leakage from another unit downstairs this past year and team today evaluated with equipment leakage was from ducts. I will only ask for them in my new home for maintenance and sales of a new unit.

STAY AWAY from this company. Tech showed up and brought in some tools was here 5 mins and said "you ready to pay $350". I asked for what he said condensate line clogged, bad capacitor and low Freon. I asked him to show me the clog and he said "you can't see it". Asked how he knew Freon was low (as he didn't use gauges to measure). He said "I've been doing this for five years". I asked for a report on the 19 point inspection and he said they don't give a report. I asked him to have service manager call me and he said "I can't do that
