Well, I guess I'm another review to call out their unresponsiveness. I made an appointment for them to come out the next day and they did not show and never reached out to me. I reached out to them with no response. I understand things happen, but let your customers know! So lousy.

We had an air conditioning issue and initially started working with the warranty company that sent out unprofessional and incompetent workers. I was referred to Ozono Air by my neighbor and THEY WERE AMAZING. Mario was a pleasure to work with... he was in constant communication with us. My other neighbors got their new unit also and was very happy. THANK YOU OZONO 😊

No one showed up for the appointment I made. No one even bothered to call to let me know they weren’t coming. I had set an appointment for having my ducts cleaned. When I called them no one answered. I got their voice mail box twice, at two different numbers. Neither call was returned. Subsequent attempts to contact them were met with a notice that their voice mail box was full and unable to record a message. My appointment was for 3/30/2020 and still I’ve never been contacted about this very very poor attention to a potential customer, which of course now I’ll NEVER be. I'd rather have conveyed

Very disappointed. My air conditioner broke down, and I called this company because they’re the ones who installed it years ago. Back then, they had their sh—together. I was literally boiling in my home and explained this to the person I called. He said he would come over the next day late afternoon. It was 6:45 and no call no answer when I attempted to call. I understand that things do happen, but it would have been nice to have received a cancellation phone call. Thank God for Google because now I found a company who will not just repair it, but replace the whole unit and service it for a
