I met Lindsay when I needed to understand the complexity of insurance and all insurance coverages (I am a foreigner), then Lindsay directed me to be assisted by Theresa, what a pleasant surprise!
This office really seems to understand(really out of the road, usually after getting your insurance the companies does not want to talk with you till the next contract renovation) that until the client really needs support (this only happens when a customer has problems to be solved) all offices will be the same and the difference will be remarkable when you have problems and your office had the same

I have all my insurance with State Farm and have since we moved here in 1979. DeAnne is my agent and she is super! I have never had better service. Anybody can sell you insurance. It is the service that separates the best from the rest and nowadays you can't take service for granted. She has my wholehearted and unqualified recommendation. Give her a call. Just like me, you will be glad you did.

I have my renters insurance through Bill Quigley – State Farm insurance and I am extremely happy with their service and their rates and the coverage. Ana Lounds is super amazing and right there when I need her. I needed a document yesterday and to be sent right away my apartment office and she did it while I was on the phone with her. I just want to say that Shalla was wonderful with helping me today. She is very knowledgeable and has great customer Skills. She took care of my issue right away and made me feel like what I had to say was important. I’ve been with Bill Quigley and team for 22+ years now. I’ve had car insurance, home insurance, and renters insurance during that time, and I can honestly say I’ve never once considered a change. The team at the office is extremely helpful and very personable. Anytime I call I get a live person who is able to assist me with whatever I need, and quickly. I can’t say enough about the service and expertise from this team!!
