These onsite After-School Lab, AcademyOnline! and Summer Camp programs empower your child to develop their Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills as they design & program their own collection of functional every day smartphone applications that they can share with family and friends.
Created for 3rd-5th & 6th-8th graders of all skill levels-beginners to advanced- these labs and camps use a range of age-appropriate smartphone app development tools, many of which are used by professional developers.These programs are designed to combine the real fun of digital design and imagination with the real discovery of practical uses for their emerging math, literacy, computer science and critical-thinking skills.

Utilizing the age-appropriate Scratch programming language, created at the cutting-edge MIT Media Lab, or the Scratch Jr.coding language created at Tufts University, these onsite After-School & AcademyOnline Labs, Summer Camp & School Break programs provide your child with unique opportunities to create & code their own collection of video games and animated stories.
Using electronics building-systems, including littleBits, your child will invent, build & program electronic devices all their own- from remote-control & Bluetooth gadgets to wearable tech and more. Once complete, they'll have the chance to create marketing materials & promote their inventions to their mates, "Shark-Tank" style!
They will discover how to master the skills they'll need to develop their ideas into actual working scripts, discover and deploy a range of digital camera angles as they film their scenes, cut in scene-stealing special effects and take charge of the digital console to edit their scenes together to capture their unique vision!

We moved to the area last summer and sent our kids here for camp in the summer, and send our little one for preschool during the school year. Both kids absolutely love it here. The staff is so caring, great with communication, and the programming is highly engaging all day into the evening. We are so happy we found Little Ivy Academy. In the summer we had sent our kids briefly to another camp, just to give them some variety of programming. The kids were so unhappy there that we came right back to Little Ivy after less than a week - they greeted us with open arms and quickly accommodated us even

This camp is AMAZING!!!! It is the perfect combination of STEM activities, outside play, and lots of fun!!! My son gets so excited each summer when it's time to go back to Little Ivy for camp! They also have full before and after care available, which makes things so much easier for working parents. I'm so glad that we found this camp!

My son enjoyed a Little Ivy program though a school event. He had fun with the hands on creativity, and creating his project. The instructor was easy going and engaging, and he enjoyed the way she instructed the process. He was so excited about his project, as soon as it was over he wanted to teach the rest of the family the skills he had learned!

The team and programs at Little Ivy Academy's Summer Camp are fantastic. The themes and projects really engage the kids, the end of the day is never late enough for them. It carries through at home where talking about robotics and code seems as normal as video games and sports to them (not necessarily you). Plus the staff unconditionally cares for your kids. Thank you Little Ivy Academy!

My girls have taken robotics classes from Little Ivy’s for a few years. They are always excited to go to robotics and have developed a genuine interest in building and understanding how things work - it really strengthened their analytical thinking. I got to see the instructors in action when they held a class for my daughter’s Girl Scout Troop. They were very engaging and patient. The girls loved building the “art robot” and watching it draw for them.
