EB Leak Detection got the job done the first time. I called several companies and 2 did not even bother calling me back. These guys offered the best price and provided services that the other guys charge extra for.
Erik the owner got me on the schedule within a week. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He found my pools leak in less than 2 hours and got it fixed. Has not lost any water now in 2 days. We were losing about 2 inches of water a day before.

I picked the right guy to come solve my problem! I have had an outdoor leak for 3 weeks and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Thought maybe it was my pool or sprinklers...but really had no idea. I finally gave up and called EB Leak Detection...and am so so glad I did. Eric was extremely thorough and tested absolutely EVERYTHING. Turns out...the leak was coming from my neighbor! Don't hesitate to call these guys if you have a mystery leak!

I contacted Eric at EB. He returned my call promptly and his pre-appt communication was great. Pre-work he explained the process and possible scenarios. Once he started, he was able to pinpoint source of leak quickly and even cut the cost because it was so quick. For the record, the leak was probably within 1 foot of where I was already digging but since the water went directly into a drain, I could not find it. Eric's equipment was able to pinpoint it accurately. Previously I also had the water district come out. They had some basic leak detection equipment and also could not find it. He

Erick was through and professional. After he pressure tested the shower handle valve and piping he quickly diagnosed a faulty shower drain flange... he even offered to look at any other problems we might have since he still had time before his next appointment. He tested some warped baseboards I had recently noticed on our other shower, and was able to determine everything was dry and the damage was also from the previous owners.

This review is for the amazing customer service. I had scheduled an appointment for leak detection services but my family was able to gather help and resolve the issue for me. Erik has great customer service and I felt so bad for canceling because of it. If I ever hear of anyone needing leak detection, I'll recommend EB Leak Detection!

Eric promptly responded to my initial inquiry. He was extremely knowledgeable about all leak detection types including pool leaks which was a major plus in my situation. He tested everything inside and out and isolated the difficult to find leak, and then offered varying options to fix himself or via other vendors he recommended. Price was very fair. Highly recommend and will use again in the future if needed.

It was a great experience working with Erik. His was the only leak detection company who called me back in a timely manner, and when he called back, he had time for an old man to ask him some questions. He came out and found my leak about where he said it would be on the phone.

Pool was leaking. They identified the problem and fixed it for under $1000. A larger competitor would have charged $50 more to come out initially and gave a ballpark estimate of likely repair work at a low end of $900, which would have totaled to $1400. Erik is very knowledgeable and was extremely responsive in email exchanges. Very minor gripe: I would have thought he'd make an appearance at least at the outset of the repair to introduce his staff who did the work, who did so in an efficient and thoroughly professional manner. (He did the initial assessment solo). This isn't a substantive complaint

Erik was great! We had a leak in the Master Bath but didn't know where it was originating. We were alerted when an area of the floor planks started lifting up. We recently moved to the home, so we called our home warranty people who sent a plumber. The plumber cut 2 holes into the walls and still had no idea where the leak was coming from.
