We provide customers with a single source for all their home care needs, including rare disorders like Alzheimer's and Dementia. Provide high quality home care services through recruiting and retaining qualified staff and creating a supportive work environment. Pursue opportunities for services and programs that offer safe, innovative and cost effective alternatives to hospitalization or placement.
Every employee of Tri-Borough Home Care is dedicated to the provision of quality services in conjunction with the highest standards prevailing in the home care industry. At Tri-Borough Home Care, registered nurses coordinate all aspects of care: health care services, home medical equipment, and infusion therapy.
Tri-Borough Home Care accepts referrals from any source; hospitals, community organizations, nursing agencies, authorized practitioners, patients/families, third party payers, DSS, provided basic information about the patient and the need for service is available. Referrals will be reviewed for completeness; if necessary the Home Care Coordinator or RN will contact the referrer or physician to obtain information.

I have been with for 2 years most of the staff is great but .. they do not pay on time & haven’t received my vacation pay for February and it’s april now ! . You will work hard and will not get paid on time or your check will voice this happened to me over 5 times .. this is not the job to be when your not paid for you hard work
