I don’t understand why each time I call no one picks up. None of the 2 main offices pick up. I left several messages since last year after seeing Dr. Reed, till this day NO ANSWER. I go on ZocDoc to make an appointment, now I’m told my doctor doesn’t accept my Insurance. What is going on?? Time to search else where

If I could give it a 0 i would!! This is the WORST doctor’s office. Brought my dad to his confirmed online appointment and they had no records of it. They cancelled his follow up visit in November 2021 and til now i have been UNABLE to reach anyone at the office for his lab results!! I’ve left MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS and no call back, there’s no was to get in contact with someone in the office and we’re in limbo! I have no idea what my dad’s lab results are! Their archaic and cheap system doesn’t allow for online results viewing! STAY AWAY FROM THERE! You will NEVER get any response from

Second time making an appointment to Dr Reed in the last month. She was subbed out the first time and now they just told me she won't be available for my second appointment. I find practices with doctors that I want to see. If the doctor is never available then it's time to go elsewhere... and BTW I left a message over a month ago and noone ever called me back...time to move on.

Dr. Reed makes visiting the doctor a good thing! She makes you laugh and appreciate her expertise. She is very thorough and explains everything in terms that are relatable. I love the convenience of the Garden City office. I like that you can get blood work done, an EKG, and a referral if the office doesn’t offer the services. I always feel happy to know that the office is clean and following Covid safety protocols. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love the staff at MS Family medicine! The high volume of patients and time it takes to schedule an appointment speaks to the quality of services offered once you get in. Dr. Reed always provides the best guidance around making decisions for my health. She's always honest and transparent and has prioritized every emergency I've ever had. I love this practice and pray I never have to switch Providers again!
