I spoke with Katrina who is was amazing. I had eye surgery the end of 2017, unfortunately in the beginning of 2018 my husband had a stroke. Needless to say my bills were put on hold, although I had paid some of them. I was so confused with all the bills and payments I had made. When I spoke with Katrina, she went above and beyond to help me sort things out and settle my outstanding debt. She never once made me feel uncomfortable about my bills, she only helped. In my opinion, she is a very valuable employee to this company.

In January of 2019 I was taken to the ER and I was out of work for some time and was unable to keep up with my bills. Sophie from PCB was very helpful and patient. Sophie will call and check up on me and make sure that I wasn't falling behind. We need more people in the workplace like her. Thanks sophie for all your help.

Let me tell you .. this company is a joke. They basically told me the hospital my husband was at sent him the bill to collect .. we paid monthly and had proof to back it up but this rude nasty person - can’t call him a gentleman- would not listen. Then he processed to google my work place from the email address I had and called my place of employment. I nearly lost my marbles.. and then here’s the kicker.. because I think it’s one guy who owns this scamming company- I said since he didn’t want to take the settlement I was offering him I would continue paying $25 a month. He then tells me

This company is such a harassment debt collecting agency. They will stress you out saying they need to collect a debt that you haven't paid even though you've paid it and have confirmation and a receipt. I e-mailed them with proof several times, but all they do is send mail to an address that i don't even live at anymore!
