I have both sold and purchased real estate with George and his team. They were excellent and went out of their way to resolve an issue that neither of us were aware of. I appreciate their service and would only use them in the future. They are the only auction company that I would use for real estate!!

I have never auctioned anything before, and I had to auction a vacation property that the customary real estate agents had neglected.
On meeting George, I felt confident in his assessment and planning immediately. The auction was conducted without delay, and the closing of the deal was accomplished painlessly.
I recommend George highly! If I have to sell anything again, I will ask him to auction it.
Of course, there is risk to any auction. That's a given. However, my husband and I were in good hands with George.

I've been working w/ George & Cunningham & Assoc. for years and have only had one problem (My item was broken after bidding and before I picked it up) They refunded the $$'s, actually never charged me, and were upfront about what happened. Other than that I've probably done 50 deals with them. I don't know why the yelp page only shows the negative reviews?

Being an AZ native I appreciate those who help our state grow. Auctionaz.com is a prime example of a grassroots company that paid their dues and provide exemplary services. As for their auctions, wow great deals! They have a brand new Segway that is closing to closing at just $100, with no reserve!! Maybe I shouldn't have let the cat out of the bag, but I think I'll be safe at $101!!! Their website is a little hard to navigate through, but hopefully they are working on it. The owner is old school and definitely needs a pass on the IT front. But defiantly check it out!

Don't buy real estate from them. I purchased a piece of land from them last year and went to sell the land. It had over $180,000 dollars worth of leans on the property. I did my due diligence I knew there was some taxes owed on the property, but the only way you could find out if there were leans on the property was to take the property to a title company. I asked from them to take the property back and refund the money because they said they didn't know about the leans they told me no.

I have been attending general merchandise auctions for over 25 years... all around the valley and across the state. I have furnished at least 2 homes with exclusively auction bought furniture. I have been buying and selling on ebay since 1999.
