Have had my anxiety medicine prescribed from here for four years. Have constantly had issues trying to get it refilled. They are terrible at keeping records, told me that they haven’t refilled my prescription since April when I have a bottle dated for July and the months between I had refills as well. CVS in my college town has been faxing them for a refill since my last one ran out in August and I have called several times. Finally was able to get a hold of them today and they refused to to anything to help me. Terrible customer service and appalling record keeping for patients.

The front desk could work on their soft skills. One particularly, SHEILA, has no manners. ANY TIME I call, it doesn't matter when or why and she answers, she is so incredibly rude. I have been nothing but polite with any question I ask and she ALWAYS sounds annoyed and matter of fact as if any and everyone should know those answers. The doctors are great, but, the front desk is the face and voice of the practice, and it needs work.

Dr. Holt is the most compassionate ever.
I've been her patient for 10 years. She's always very thoughtful and gives you the best advice. If you go to this facility I highly recommend her out of any of the physicians in the entire facility. If you have had chicken pox and near the age of 50. You better ask about the vaccine for shingles. This is the world I'm living in

I had a great visit!!! Staff was very kind and professional!! I was seen by Meredith Mitchell, FNP and she showed great concern as she recommended treatment. She went way beyond by giving me some web sites that would be beneficial to help with the back pain I was experiencing. The X-Ray technician and the nurses were very kind! The people working at the front desk were amazing! I highly recommend White Oak Family Physicians! If I could I would give all the ladies 10 stars instead of 5!!

Some here are in it for the right reasons, but most aren’t. I know a few employees who are really rude, no matter how polite you are.
Drs make you wait an hour sometimes (depending on which one you see)
They charged me to sign paperwork that they normally don’t charge for, and took advantage of me. Knowing I’m out of work with a sick child, without pay. How sad....

I couldn't find a better Dr than Dr Holt if I searched the entire galaxy. She has a unique gift that is very rare in doctors. Plus, her laptop stays at her station and after walking into your exam room, she sits down, looks you in the eye, and LISTENS! That is another gift she has, listening. My wait time is typically under 5 minutes. The lab people are very cordial and professional, just tell the phlebotomist if you prefer your other arm for her drawing blood.

Dr. Khan has been my doctor for twenty years. He always gives me and my children the time our concerns need, follows up and wants to be notified with follow up notes from specialists. I couldn't ask for a more compassionate physician. The whole staff is great, and they've extended phone hours for better convenience. Hands down the best practice in town.
