I've seen Dr. Plummer at another facility. And he was the only solid, efficient, professional that worked there. He really cares about the wellbeing of his patients.
My first visit, he spent over an hour explaining my options, and what he would suggest how to proceed.
This Dr. Is a God sent "ANGEL".
His new office is clean & pleasant.
His staff is by far, the greatest.
Professional, courteous, caring, &
efficient.

I was sent because the amount of meds my PCP could give me couldn’t control my debilitating pain from chronic illness including multi organ sarcoidosis Caused by cancer. I’m on chemo weekly, immunosuppressive infusion every 6 wks. I can not drive anymore, I have to have help to shower. The pain has debilitated me. My PCP knew she couldn’t give me… enough pain med to help preserve some form of life. I was sent here & given the exact med that wasn’t enough. Lisa set me up to fail. All my dr’s knew what they could do wasn’t helping & at 49 I deserve

They EXSPANDED into pain treatment clinic. So long term care people like I have to comeThey make you wait for hours. 8:30 am appointment and at 11:55am still no doctor. They are happy to take the money. This is almost every time. No other biz would survive making people wait four DAMN hours from the scheduled appointment. I hate the place now, it used to be good. The front counter people are now rude, your seems hour and hours later then your scheduled appointment BUT if you are late for your scheduled appointment even 5 minutes. They will tell you to reschedule. I had sat and watched them do it

Going to have a consulation with Dr. Brown at this pain clinic was one of the worst experiences I've had. Nurses were OK but overall organization was not there. Was in for a consult but have been charged for a lab test - which I did not have. There are no x-ray machines or other technology to guide the anesthesiologist who does the actual injections. I was told he just knows where to put the needle in your spine. A big NO from me.
