If Id could leave this company 0 stars I would. I rented from them a few years ago and when I moved they refused to return my deposit. They tried to charge me for services they never provided (ie cleaning) and repairs they never completed. I had to threaten them with a law suit for them to refund my money. When you go to AV courthouse you can look up lawsuits filed against them. Be smart do your homework before renting from these people.

STS has been managing my property for a while now. I love working with this company. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and they always go above and beyond to find quality tenants, ensure my property is taken care of and offer great suggestions. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have their rental managed with total confidence.

Very frustrating process dealing with this company.

We were attempting to rent a house and needed to move in quickly. When we contacted them, we were told conflicting things about house for rent. After explaining to us that the property had already been applied to (which they initially said we would be the first to apply) they suggested we wait to pay the fee. However, the next day they called to tell us they needed payment for the application, because there was another house for rent if the first application on the other house was approved. So we then paid the application fee only to have them

Stay away, beware! Do not trust this company! They will charge you for repairs for items that do not exist when you move out. If you find yourself dealing with these people, take plenty of pictures, keep a log of calls/emails, and keep all receipts! Otherwise, you will be scammed! BEST ADVICE: STAY AWAY!!!!!

RENTERS BEWARE** Take your money for "credit check" never run credit and if your not Caucasian they will not rent to you!

Had a problem with the owner didn't realize it wasn't the management Properties fault Adam is taking care of it

If anybody recommends STS as a competent Property Manager - then "Run Forest Run". I utilized them for 2 years as a Landlord and wound up selling my Rental due to the horrendous experience! I trusted they would handle the running of the rental. Among Many disappointing aspects of this transaction they would do things like hire a Knucklehead Gardener that charged me some $650 to trim 8 Oleander bushes (which I did for years by myself in short order) and when I disputed the bill I was told the Contractor said he had to have a crew there to handle it! Really? Yet this bill was accepted

I rented a house from this company last year and we have moved just recently due to my husband being relocated. We had a wonderful experience dealing with STS during our lease. If there was a problem they were always available and only sent top quality contractors to fix a problem. The move out experience was great from the final walk through to receiving our security deposit back in a timely manor. If your looking for a house for rent in the AV I highly suggest going through STS

STS takes care of what needs to be done and they do it as efficiently as possible. Every week we get updates on new properties on the market, new trends, do's and dont's etc. Thank you STS for your professional work and presence in the AV.

Don't ever go through this property management. These people sucks. I have been with a company that lies and cheats people. Repairs don't get done. I can't wait for my lease to be up so my family and I can move . So unprofessional it's a joke . Please people think twice about this place.
