The response from Jan Moshier to my original post that factually accounted for the horrendous service not only that I received, but also other homeowners. Her reply post is purely strategic damage control with carefully chosen rhetoric to try and save her below average business. You have tons of choices in Los Angeles. Don't settle , they are not worth the money.

I have been the HOA President at my community for the past 5 years and have hired and fired five property management companies. We have been with Pacific Edge Property Management for 3 years. In that time they have adeptly addressed the needs and challenges within our community and have been a pleasure to work with.

Jan Moshier is the principal and offers a wealth of experience and expertise. Cesar Landa is our manager and regularly goes above and beyond the call of duty with a smile.

Our building has been through two prior management companies in 16 years. Thank goodness we found PEM. I have been on the HOA for nearly 8 years and until we hired PEM, all tasks were shouldered by the Board. Our building unfortunately uses Pacific Edge. Services provided are in the best interest of the management company and not the building. Very disappointed by the lack of interest in serving the needs of homeowners. Poorly managed and run operation with a lack of followup or sincerity. Main focus is minimizing amount of work required to keep profit margins high. Would not recommend this company.

STAY AWAY. This company took charge of the building I have lived in for 24 years...at this point there is a massive amount of infighting among the Board Members and Residents, the previous manager repeatedly became involved in conflicts with the guards (and owners/residents) and has left with a trail of damage behind her as well as questions regarding financial decisions. Many trusted long-term staff left in protest of the management...and when I went above the local management to the office at Pacific Edge (Jan) I received absolutely no satisfaction. I WOULD NOT TRUST A SINGLE WORD FROM ANYONE
