Our owners range from 'accidental investors' - those who may have inherited a family home or executives who have been transferred and don't want to sell at this time - through real estate investors whose primary focus is income property.
We have a hands on relationship with our tenants from the screening process through move-out, responding quickly and suitably to all questions, issues and maintenance requests. The purpose of this inspection is to allow you the opportunity to correct any deficiencies in the unit in order to avoid certain deductions from your security deposit.

I lived in a condo managed by this company. The landlord urged me to move out before the contract expires because he had to sell his house.They said they would compensate for two months of rent and moving expenses but they said they could not compensate for the tips paid by cash($230with receipt) among the moving costs. There was no mention of him in advance, and it is said that the landlord cannot give it to him after 5~6 of e-mails have been sent back.
and they deducted $300 from the deposit for repairing the floor that I didn't even break. (Two small chips on laminate tiles) I asked for proof

I am really disappointed right now. I've been trying to talk to SOMEONE in this company but has been impossible so far. I went to take a look at one of their properties last week (which BTW was a very frustrating experience trying to set up an appointment; they do it through an third party which gives you a code to enter and tour the property on your own), and really liked it. I wanted to put up an application but had OBVIOUSLY a few questions before doing so. I proceeded to email, text and call the contacts they have on their website and listings and have not received any kind of response. Very

I really enjoyed my renter's experience with Kim and Marshall at Rossmoyne Property Management!! I loved my apartment in Burbank, was a 1 bed, 1 bath for a great price. It was clean and well kept. Kim and Marshall work fast to respond to get all my requests noted and fixed. I enjoyed using the portal to keep in constant communication and the ease to pay rent online. I highly recommend renting from them again!

I don't know where to start actually but I had absolutely terrible experience with this company, first their application takes at least 2 weeks which kinda makes you feel they have excellent tenants portfolio but its is the absolute opposite!!! I lived one year in their white street apartment complex it was such a loud area by Burbank Airport the noise of the train, walls are not sound proof u could literally hear ur upstairs neighbors snoring!! Not mentioning in the first 5 months i used to smell urine by the stairs each time i wanted to check my mailbox!!! And finally I had to deal with Arcelia

Just moved into a Rossmoyne managed apartment and so far it has been great. We worked with Arcelia who I can't say enough wonderful things about. Even though they were super busy, Arcelia took time after her day ended to open the unit for us to view again before paying our deposit...who does that?!
When we went to pick up the keys we were met with a welcome bag full cute "housewarming" gifts like cleaning supplies, paper towels, and even a cute little cactus. Very impressed so far.

Rossmoyne PMC is super professional from top to bottom. The building is super easy to find across Glendale College, easy to park. The building is clean and inviting, the receptionist is very pleasing and courteous. Arcelia has shown dedicated to her services, always communicative on phone, emails and on person. She handled my paperwork easy and straightforward. If landlords/homeowners need a management company to handle their rental properties, they can't go wrong with Rossmoyne, 5-star service!

About two years ago my landlords/homeowners decided to stop managing their property and hired Rossmoyne Property Management as their management group. Initially, I was very apprehensive because my landlords were always easy to reach and very responsive. Fortunately, my concerns were completely unfounded, as Arcelia and the others I have dealt with at Rossmoyne have been terrific! Arcelia is reachable, responsive, & communicates well. She has always sent out knowledgeable, professional personnel to timely deal with any work orders needing to be fulfilled. I've recently retired and am moving out
