Jeff and his wife Brooke have owned and operated The Mail Center since August of 2015. Jeff has more than 10 years of experience in the printing industry and Brooke has more than 12 years of assisting her Mom in owning and operating another Mail, Shipping Center in Long Beach, California called The Mail Box.
Supplying us with printer-ready artwork will save a lot of time and remove the potential for errors when printing. Generally speaking, the easiest type of file to print digitally from is a PDF, created using Adobe Acrobat (beware of free PDF converters as they can often cause problems). We recommend compressing your file into one of the current popular compression softwares, such as a ZIP file.

I got my letter notarized. Service was quick and the owner is very friendly. I even used the yelp coupon which made it a good deal. Only thing that bothered me was I didn't see everyone wearing masks. I hope they can be more strict with enforcement. For the price, service, and good result I would still recommend.

The employees here are NOT wearing masks! I have gone numerous times and they have not worn masks, sometimes had them below their chins but today they just did not have them on at all. I did not go in and will be taking care of my mail needs elsewhere. Beware of this establishment they are not operating under Covid-19 guidelines. I have also gone ahead and reported them for violation!

They do not give a receipt of dropoff, nor do they scan or keep track of packages that come in or out of their facility. They leave it to the drivers from Fedex or Ups to scan the packages once they are "picked up"(from the piles of packages on the floor at the mail center), making it extremely easy for packages to go 'missing' or be 'stolen' with no record that you even left your package at The Mail Center in the first place! Fast services. Called several times before coming in here because I wasn't sure of the services I needed. Notary, printing and all etc. They were friendly and patient every time. Went in a couple hours later and was helped within minutes. In and out in less than 5. Kudos!! It's a huge relief the help is here even through these tough times.

This is the best place for your postal needs! Customer service is great. Instead of waiting in a big line taking 20 minutes to ship your order you can be in and out in less then 5. Easy parking in the plaza. I sometimes have issues due to the nature of my business. I ship skincare, I have never had a returned package from this business. They will also let you know the best/safest way to ship your items.

As a loyal customer for 25 plus years I never would imagine to have been left in the dark and rudely treated by an employee not informing me they would be holding my service animal's medical product. When I asked to speak to the owner, Brook stated she was the owner and when I politely and calmly informed her of the situation/issues 1. The product was not there for me to pick up even after speaking to an employee on the phone letting them know I was coming after hours as I usually do when I am able to due to my disabilities and that I was not informed that the product would not be there because

I use The Mail Center for all my business mailing needs. I've been a customer for over 3+ years now. The staff is extremely friendly and trustworthy. I have tried other shops and even the big name ones and I have lost outgoing packages (ahem UPS store in LB). You can rely on Jeff and the staff here. A+ God Bless!

I've been a customer at this location with a small P.O. box since 2009. I've always paid on time and never had any issues. I recently moved out of state and called to renew my box for 6 months. I spoke with Brook the owner who REFUSED to waive the late fee on my box despite being a long time and loyal customer ( I was 2 weeks late in paying). She said she would waive it if I re-upped for a year. It may be because I told her I had moved so she didnt see continuing $$ coming in, but imo that's horrible customer service. Paying for a year shouldnt be a reason to waive it if paying

I have held a virtual mailbox here for over a year and have only had positive experiences with the friendly staff and simple to use process and procedures hooked up with Anytime Mailbox. I regularly came in to pick up mail (letters and packages), send packages, and also successfully forwarded mail from them to my nomadic locations. Monthly business payments that came in were quickly attended to and in just a few short months, the staff knew the mail I would care most about!

Always kind and friendly service. Always very pleasant to deal with. I hate it when yelp makes me do this. They always want a long drawn out review.
