$940.00 spent on 4/6/2021 for eye exam and two pair of eye glasses. Initially someone else’s prescription was put in my frames, sent them in for correction and waited anther 7-10 days. October 28 2021 the frame snapped while wearing them and my right lens fell out. I went back for warranty and was told no problem, then a couple of minutes later I was told they didn’t make the frames any longer and if they couldn’t find frames through their rep I would.need to pick out another set of glasses. Then I was told they would call me after she made a few phone calls. Today November 1st I had not

Probably one of the worst eye doctors I’ve been to in my entire life. I came in for a contact lens eye exam, and they forced me to pay for a retina scan. This extra exam is normally optional at other eye doctors. My main issue and concern is with the Manager. I believe her name is Myra. She needs a lesson on how to help customers and not become so defensive. I told them I wanted to purchase a two week contact lens, and she questioned me about why I don’t want the monthly lens. I had to politely remind her that I’m the customer and shouldn’t have to explain why I want what I want. Her whole

Dr. Bruderer is an amazing doctor. He’s friendly and experienced and does a terrific job of ensuring his patients have the best eyesight possible. He and his staff go above and beyond to make sure that his patients are completely happy with their purchase of eyewear. On top of that, they are always friendly and professional.

The dr does an amazing job but his staff has no clue. the dr has had to walk them through how to use the computers and ring up purchases both times I've been here. the receptionist kept trying to ring up a brand of contacts i dont use even after being told numerous times it was wrong and gave me the wrong info for a mail in rebate.

I am new to getting glasses!!! I went in there with my prescription and got glasses. Wore them for a week and couldn't wear them during the daytime because of how bright it was night time was ok. but went in to see if I could get different lenses and before they said we will do what ever to help. So went in and 3 different lady's are talking over me one walked away they argued with me and wanted more money. I am already into these glasses 500.00. Do Not Go there they promise they will take care of you then tell you they need more money to fix something. They didn't explain that these lenses I got

This place needs to hire people that know how to talk to customers. It's not an inconvenience to explain something to a patient. I mean the front desk lady alone, had me running out the door. I'll take my business elsewhere Ma'm, I got more options. She was getting frustrated over insurance questions, she didn't even understand the benefits that were highlighted on the form she showed me. I kept telling her I had my benefits pulled up on my phone as well, that seemed to bother her? Anyways...
Unfortunately, for the optometrist I'm sure he's a good doc, maybe he should look into the people he hires
