I recently purchased a mattress and box spring at the store in Irving. We were helped by the GM JR, and we're very happy with the service and the purchase we made. We were looking to replace an old bed with a new one, and JR showed us 5 or 6 different mattresses and explained the difference in each of them... We weren't able to buy the "top rated" most expensive one because it was just out of our comfort range and JR understood that. He was not pushy, nor did he try to "swing us a deal" for that one. Could not be happier with my purchase! JR was the gentlemen who took care of my girlfriend and I on what turned out to be our first ever mattress purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product, and was able to quickly and efficiently show us what options fit what we wanted, and also fit into our budget. After getting home and looking over the pricing online we were even happier to find out how great a deal we got! Will tell anyone I know to visit JR before anyone else if they are in the market.

On top of that when I confronted him he kept lying. Such a terrible being. He even lied about having people who work with him and he works alone. He put me in a huge debt. JR, is a scamer.pls avoid this store even if they are the only one in town. Don't sign any documents without reading carefully pls. He charged me more than what he verbally told me and claimed it was finance charges when I pointed that out.

Please stay away from this vendor. His whole business is a scam who tell you one amount and charge you another amount. He told me that my mattress will cost $1200 but he had charged my credit card for $2600. I called the credit card company and have disputed the amount.
I will soon be suing him so he doesn't do this to anyone else. I thought I was the only one but I came across many reviews that are scammed by this business. I wish I could give him zero stars.

We went in and the guy talked us into getting a nice mlily mattress and the financing option they had. We agreed upon $3,000 price and paid $700 down and was never given a proper receipt. Imagine our surprise when we get the financing info (WEEKS LATER) and do the math on the balance and realize he charged us $3,500! We live a bit a way from the place so we can't drive back over there to complain. If you're buying a mattress there GET A RECEIPT AND CHECK IT 2x! This feels like a nasty bait and switch method, almost as if they were hoping we wouldn't notice. The bed is great but this left a sour

I purchased a mattress (Princess by Golden Mattress Co. Dallas) from Grant at The Colony store in Feb. 2016. Within a year, the mattress was sagging and I called the customer service department, who walked me through the warranty claim process. After providing pictures and filling out on-line forms, I was given an in-store credit for the mattress value. I then met with new store manager Ashley to obtain a same or similar value mattress. After a few conversations, Ashley surprised me by offering me an exchange mattress that sold for several hundred dollar more. All I had to pay was the $50 exchange

Popped in to shop around. I was shocked to get a mattress and base cheaper than just a mattress at one of the big name places. Store doesn't look like much, but Ashley was amazing and very helpful. The financing is quick and hassle free if that's a route you want to take.
I highly recommend giving them a chance before you overspend somewhere else.

Decided to pop in at this store on my way home even though I was feeling a bit ill. I'm soooooo glad I did! There was only one salesperson there and he was helping another customer when I came in so I was on my own several minutes. I was trying beds when this guy walked in the store just started helping me and giving me advice on beds because I was using my cane in the store because I have back problems. These people are unethical to the core. They had a sign about close out sale with no credit check. We applied and were told they needed 3 months bank statements and a voided check. I sent everything and they wanted more history which I sent. We were discriminated against and now they have all our info but won't return our calls. Please STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN!!!! Scam!!!!
