If you need a new mattress, 100% go with The Original Mattress Factory. Name brand mattresses are a scam, there are two manufacturers that make all of the name brand mattresses. Name brand mattresses are marked up 10 fold from the price it costs to manufacture, and the name brand mattress industry sells the same mattresses model under different names at different stores so you can't comparison shop.

We ordered a mattress and box springs for an antique (non-standard) bed frame. While the order was delivered promptly with correct length and width dimensions, we also specifically asked (on two occasions) for an 8 in. depth box springs, but were given a 9 in. deep one. When we called (and emailed) to complain about this, we received no response.

The service is absolutely incredible. Mr. Duncan the owner was as patient as possible and was so happy to make sure the bed that was chosen was perfect for our picky needs. Their materials are first class and the pricing even better. We saved thousands on the same bed we were shopping for at a retailer and to top it all off the beds are made to order in their facility. After much research I found out that they are the oldest mattress company in Texas. Highly recommended!

We found the best shopping experience , personally greeted by and worked with the owner, Peter Gordan, who helped us select the most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on. We decided to have 2 twin mattresses made, to fit into a king frame. We were able to see mattresses being custom made on the premises, not shipped in from who-knows-where, and from warehouses full of rodents and bugs. We picked up our Barrington organic cotton cover mattresses the day after they were finished (about 10 days). The price beat all the big box stores by hundreds of dollars.

We always get great service and best competitive prices from The Mattress Factory over a number of years. We have bought about two dozen mattresses there. The mattresses are custom made on site and are always the most comfortable and durable beds we have owned. The personal service exceeds all other such vendors. I enthusiastically recommend them.

Just picked up our second mattress purchase from The Mattress Factory. I picked it up myself as opposed to having it delivered since it's just a twin size (and pick-up saved me a little money). I spoke to Peter, the owner, while I was there - such a kind man! Twin mattress was a great buy for a high quality product! We've had our king size mattress from there for several years and are very happy with it! I love to buy from a local, longstanding, customer oriented, Fort Worth company whenever possible and The Mattress Factory checks all of those boxes!
