We are a factory direct mattress manufacturer with fourth-generation family roots. We specialize in making mattresses so you can specialize in getting your best night's sleep. We hand-craft affordable luxury mattresses, one at a time, right here in Texas. We do as much in-house as possible, like making our own coils and cutting our own foam which helps us keep our costs low.
Then, to complete your futon, you can pick out one of our all-hardwood frames, add matching pillows, drawers for underneath and even a removable cover that can be washed. Whatever your needs, we have the options and variety you need to find the right futon for you. And just like our bed mattresses, our futon mattresses are made in house so we can ensure they are top-quality.

We just ordered our second mattress from City Mattress Factory. Angie, our sales representative, was knowledgeable and very helpful. She gave us plenty of time to try out the different mattresses, answered our questions, helped with measuring and did not pressure us in any way. The mattresses were made super quick, less than 2 weeks. We had them delivered and that went just as smooth. The delivery guys arrived when they said they would. Carefully brought in the parts, unwrapped them and placed them on the frame AND took away all of the wrapping material! Overall we had a really great experience

I have had my soft side waterbed made to order by City Mattress Factory for years, probably 10 years and I still love it! I was telling my Mother about getting a soft side waterbed because she's having aching pains in her hips when she lays in bed and I said well that's why I had a soft side (the kind of waterbed that looks like a regular mattress but has a waterbed in the middle surrounded/outlined by firm foam) so I could enjoy sleeping without pain. That is the only reason I was leaving this comment is because I was looking for a bed for my Mom and I remembered my bed and how I love it still

This has literally been the worse experience of my life with the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. There were endless problems with delivering the wrong product after numerous delays, not replacing it for weeks, and horrible communication throughout the entire process. No one ever picks up phone or responds to any voicemails or emails. I've never ever had a call back in the many months I've tried to get ahold of them. They still owe me a piece of furniture for over 6 months now with still no responsibility to even pick up or call me back. Extremely frustrating that a company like
