I was referred to Mike who does cabinetry by another company and after calling a few times and being told Mike would call back I was told today that he "probably won't call me back" due to him being busy. Incredibly disappointed by this service - I could have been told this with the first phone call instead of waiting around a whole week on a call back that would never happen. Also just the attitude at which I was told he would not call back was unprofessional and disappointing. I let the company who referred him know as well this happened.
