If I could leave a no star review I would. Unprofessional. Didn’t do anything we wanted even though we thoroughly explained everything we wanted. Argued with us on what we wanted and then over charged us for the services they did preform. On top of everything the workers couldn’t stay with one customer and finish them. They would do a little on one woman’s nails come over and do a little of mine then jump back over to hers. And back and forth until she was done. The lady had to have sat there for over 3 hours. The guy jumped between two of my sisters back and fourth and it took forever for

We made appointments for 2 pedicures, but when we arrived, we were barely welcomed, and all of the techs were in the middle of extensive services which were not close to being finished. We sat for 30 minutes until we said we were leaving. Only then did the staff pay attention to us or provide customer service, but still couldn’t do my sister and my pedi’s together. So here we are waiting even longer.

The place appeared to be pretty clean. They sat me and my daughter in the pedicure chairs which Where pretty comfortable. But did not have Built-in massage. Which would have been nice! The technician came over started working on my feet, My daughter sat there for about 20 minutes before someone came over and started working on her pedicure. A little bit of pain from the tool he was using to scrape the toenail instead of using a sander, then I went got my nails done a full set of acrylics which he did in overall pretty good job, but sent me on my way with a couple big clumps stuck underneath so
