I’ve been coming to jasmine for years now. I’ve always loved the work, and the employees, and I’m so sad to see how quality of customer service has gone down. The owner is so kind, and does a great job, as a lot of his employees do, but today i was shown such disrespect. My nail lady (Linda) and the male beside her, i believe i read the name john, had some of the worst attitudes I’ve seen. Linda gets to cough all over the place, but because she didn’t “approve” of my mask she tried to force me to use another. All because i didn’t use their mask, my nails were rushed, and i was left

I came here and honestly think the lady i had (i believe her name is Amy) did an amazing job on my gel extensions, the shape is exactly the same on every nail. I did a design and it was beautiful. That being said, she was EXTREMELY rude and snapped at me whenever i asked her to change something. Also, she didn’t put the gel all the way down to my cuticle so it looks like it’s been a few days since i got my nails done even though i just did them today. Also, my nail polish on my toes chipped… when i got it done today. I would come back here, but the people just aren’t nice and i think it’s

I have gone to jasmine nails a hand full of times and each time they did a good job. However, this is the last time I will be returning. The woman who did my powder gel manicure had zero experience applying the powder and it turned out clumpy on my nails. I asked her if she could fix it and told me she would “later“ and the end product was still clumpy and very poorly done. I went back to tell them to fix my manicure as I paid for a poor job. Nobody apologized and they did not even offer me a discount for the poor experience. It is only worth coming here if you get your nails done by Tiffany

Absolutely love this nail salon, Melo is awesome! I was apprehensive to try the coffin shape on my nails but he assured me my nails were just long enough to try it........they came out great! I've had my nails done here 3 times, powder gel, and each time they last 4 weeks which is fantastic. Overall the salon is clean, very sanitary when it comes to covid precautions.
