Counseling Care is a Christian-based organization that specializes in counseling for Adults, Teens, and Young Children. We provide individual, couples and family counseling. In addition, our psychiatrist utilizes medication management and TMS for a holistic approach to patient care. Counseling Care accepts most insurances and offers sliding fees private pay.

At first I thought my counselor was too strong and in my face, then I realized other counselors I have seen never touched the real issues of my abuse by tiptoeing around me. Your support staff really helped me pick the right therapist. I was afraid to come in and admit that I've made some horrible decisions, I am really starting to realize I am not defined as a horrible person anymore, my self talk is changing to loving God and loving myself.

My personal experience with Dr. Bachmann, per ADD/ADHD CONSULT has been not only concerning, but even ethically questionable to say the least. During my initial consult, was provided ZERO explanation as to the test results (1 computer portion test and 1 self survey). I would strongly recommend that you triple check pricing before attending your appointment(s). I was told a price both by my insurance and counseling care, had my appointment and then was told I had to pay a higher amount. This was something I was very diligent about prior to my appointment and was important to me. I do not plan to attend another session since this feels like a very misleading business practice.

My son was in over a year ago for a prescription refill. Instead of sending his bill for this appointment to his permanent address listed on his driver’s license and chart they sent it to his college. Well, he is not at college during the summer months so the bill went unpaid. A few days ago we got a demand from an attorneys office for $321.73. First notice that we, his Parent’s who insure him and pay his medical bills, received at our home address. The Attorney’s office confirmed the prior collection bills were being sent to his college address and not our home address. She contacted Counseling

My wife went here and they had her on strong medication and were terrible at managing it. We had numerous times they said they would do things and did not follow through. For example filling medications on time. It got so bad that we had to take her to the hospital to get meds. And they have nobody that answers ever and the front desk lady has no idea what is going on. Super unprofessional place if you go here and struggle with mental illness I do NOT reccomend it. You might find yourself in the hospital or running around scrambling for help or medication. GET IT TOGETHER your supposed to be helping

I was really nervous and anxious about going to counseling. I felt like I shouldn't need it and wasn't sure if I truly needed that degree of help. However from the very beginning my therapist made me feel comfortable and welcome. They have helped me understand myself better and develop better boundaries and healthy habits in my life. I am honestly so much better off for having gone to counseling and the staff I have worked with here have been phenomenal. I would highly recommend it.
