We booked cabin 203 - EMERALD CITY LIGHTS for the weekend of Jan 28-30.Upon arrival the cleanliness of the cabin wasn't what you would have expected. The kitchen trash can which is small was left on a table with no bag in it, there was no hand soap in the bathroom on the main floor or kitchen, and the coffee table had not been wiped off. The hot tub heat had not been turned on so it took an entire day for it to get heated. The downstairs heat went out, we called Aunt Bug's three times and finally at 7pm someone came out, he said that it couldn't be fixed and left. We called Aunt Bug's back and

We stayed in Dream Weaver cabin 1527.
We paid $75 for early check in and that was very effortless and we liked the no contact checkin and check out. However, getting there at 1:00 and realizing the hot tub and the jetted tub didn’t work wasn’t what we expected. We called the front desk 2 times the first night since we only were staying 2 nights we wanted to make sure it got fixed ASAP. After several attempts, several phone calls, 2 conversations with 2 different managers it NEVER got fixed… not happy at all with this stay.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Aunt Bug’s Cabin rental, from the moment we made the reservation to the time we checked out. We stayed at a beautiful home, Burning Tree Ranch before Christmas and had the best family get together! Super location and the house was spacious, clean and inviting! We were especially surprised to walk in and see a lit up Christmas tree in the family room!! All of us had the best trip ever and have amazing memories that will last a lifetime! We look forward to using Aunt Bug’s again for future rentals!

My wife and I had a lovely time at our cabin nestled up in the mountains. It was such a peaceful place to spend time with each other. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck which ended up being our go-to spot every evening we were there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

Simply Serene #201 was just perfect for us. It's private but close enough to everything we enjoy like breakfast at Elvira's, the back entrance to the park through Metcalf Bottoms picnic area and our newest favorite, Heavenly Roast Coffee. One day as we pulled onto Spotted Fawn Way, there was a group of turkeys walking up the road and it just struck me as so funny. We travel with our two dogs one of which has a real sense and adventure so the little fenced in area is much appreciated. We also liked the fact that there was no check in or check out. We did not have hot water for 2 morning, we also had issues with cleanliness of the only tub and was told it was because of sulfur water but no attempt was made to clean it. Had a critter behind the fireplace in the bathroom. The floor was black in places were they do not clean the place throughly, there was mold around the shower…...I could go on and on!!!!! DO NOT WASTE your money!! When we addressed our concerns they apologized and said they will send us a discount on a future stay! Why would we waste our money with this company again!?!? This cabin is called Tonto’s Tee Pee.

I'm aggravated. I just checked in. The gas logs will not come on. The pilot light will not light because you guessed it... there's no gas. I called the office and they said they didn't know it was out. That sometimes the cleaners check the gauge and sometimes they don't. Further...that usually the office doesn't know the cabin is out of gas until the customer calls in and says the gas logs will not work. Is this any way to run a business? Why, if you are renting a cabin that boasts gas logs, the customer pays for that cabin based on that amenity, does your staff not check the gas level BEFORE the

I cannot say enough about our stay at Brown Bears Den #235. The setting was beyond peaceful. The driveway and road was a little narrow and steep but they all are in that area. The cabin was clean and organized upon our arrival. I know several people have complained about spider webs at this, and other cabins, but we absolutely loved watching our spiders make their webs each day. We are not afraid of spiders and thought it was another added touch that was great. The location is perfect. It is almost completely secluded for when you want quiet time. It is approximately 10 minutes from Gatlinburg

I had reached out to the company prior to booking the trip to ask for a late check out. We chose to go with Bear Foot Lodge due to the pool table, game room, indoor pool, and theater room. On the day of our arrival, we found out their was no evidence that the request had been approved. Instead of arguing, we decided to leave at the agreed check out time. We live in Louisville, KY and wanted to arrive at the cabin at 4pm. We could not receive the cabin's exact address until 4 pm so this presented a slight issue. The company gave us their address to navigate towards until the address could be released
