Sevan did my pre-sale check five years ago on my ML 350 Bluetec Diesel. The car has done great for five years and 100k miles. I took it back to look things over in general and find the cause of a minor oil leak. They still knew me and remembered the car from five years ago. They found the leak, did the checks, oil change etc all for one third the prices at the dealers. The best thing I can say about them is they are Good and they are Trustworthy.

Please take your car here. We had a weird noise coming from one of the wheel wells right before heading back on an 1300 mile trip. Called multiple shops in town and they were all fully booked for weeks. Another shop (I forget the name) recommended I try sevan, and I'm glad I did. They said they were booked for weeks, but after hearing about my situation (as we're from Kansas City which is 19 hours away) he said to drop the car off and he would look at it right away. He even pre-ordered a part that they didn't end up using. They fixed the problem in the same day. Great communication, fair pricing

We were new to town, car broken down on the side of the freeway and Joe was there to guide us every step of the way. Honest, fast assessment of the situation, going above and beyond. In my almost dozen call to Sevan, never did I get a voicemail but Joe always answered the phone, what pleasant surprise in these days of automation. We have found our home for all repairs with Joe and Sevan.

The folks there were super responsive and very honest about what needed to be done and when it potentially would be finished. They ended up finishing the repairs earlier than originally thought, which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend Sevan Motorworx to others and will go back in the future.

Sevan Motorworx is the only place we would ever take our Land Rover to be mechanically serviced. Joe and Evan are super knowledgeable, highly skilled, personable, professional, honest, prompt and reliable. Joe was very professional, informative and I was always able to contact him for updates. The process was long(waiting for parts), but overall I had a good experience. They were pretty knowledgeable about my vehicle (i750x), and explained in depth what was going on so that I could understand. I definitely plan to use this business for future problems that may arise. They are not the cheapest, but not the most expensive, and who wants the cheapest working on a vehicle as sensitive as mine.

I am not satisfied with their service. The check engine light used to turn on and off and I wanted to fix it. I spent hundreds of dollars at Sevan Motorworx and all they did was to make the engine light on permanently! They are now telling me I need to spend hundreds more to fix the issue. I wish they told this to me in the first place! When I asked them would this service solve the problem with the check engine light, they said yes, but again the light turned on and now they ask me for another $700 for labor only! I wish at least they wouldn't charge now that the problem is now fixed as they told

Sevan Motorworx did it again my exceeding my expectations. Inspection station told me I needed a highlight to pass inspection and I immediately called Sevan Motorworx with the expectation of getting a quote to replace the item. While in discussion with Joe he gave me the green light to swing by where he immediately replaced the unit for me and sent me on my way while I still had enough time to swing back by the Inspection station to satisfactorily pass. Thanks again Sevan Motorworx for expedient service!

I was referred to Sevan Motorworx by my mechanic because I purchased a Mercedes about a month ago, and it went into limp mode. Not only were they knowledgeable, but Joe explained everything that was going on in detail. The dealership where I got my car, switched out the tires and they were all different sizes. It was confusing the computer for the transmission and I was thinking it was something bad. I will be going back for more work in the future!

This shop is the real deal. It's the only place that my friends and I trust with our vehicles! If you have an import car or SUV, especially a German one, and you're not coming here, I guarantee you're paying more money for a lot less knowledge and expertise every time you get serviced. Highly recommended!!!
