I WAS LOOKING FOR AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY SON AT THE LAST MINUTE AND CAME ACROSS THIS DENTIST, SO I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND TOLD HER I WAS LOOKING FOR AN APPOINTENT FOR MY SON ASAP AND SHE GOT HIM ON THAT SAME DAY!! MS.GABRIELA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE AND VERY INFORMATIVE WITH ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAD. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLINIC WAS VERY CLEAN ANS SMELLED GOOD AND BEST OF ALL IT MADE MY SON FEEL LESS ANXIOUS AND NERVOUS WITH THE STAFF BEING SO FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DESNTISTRY TO ANYONE!!

Am from baytown I drive 40 miles to get to galactic smiles but worth it the staff very nice and professional my son had a appointment got there and was very quick service my kid was getting nervous he hate toothbrush o messing with his teeth Gaby in the front desk gave him a toy and turned on tv for him. he clam down made it easy for me to do paperwork that was in a tablet very easy I am very bad with paperwork Gaby help me with the process. when I finished they quickly pass me to the back dentist got there and my kid put his hands in his mouth he knew what was going on the dentist had good experience

Galactic smiles is the best place I have been to they are so patient with my son. Since the first day. They ways advice me on situations that worry me. Also Gabby always schedule me and finds the best appointments that work with my schedule. If I have any insurance issues she always helps me with that as well. My son like going the dentist now and it's thanks to galactic smile and the friendly staff

I took both of my kids here the staff was great with them. As a former dental assistant I can say that they really know how to run the place. The office is very clean and kid friendly. I have to say the office manager Gabby does a great job at accommodating patients to all their needs. Would definitely recommend Galactic Smiles.

I went there a few months ago, and should have left a bad review. The same thing everyone keeps harping on that they want to sedate your kid somewhere else and no options except what they tell you. They told me they weren't going to do the one tooth, That they had to do root canal and everything all together if not it was malpractice. I went to a different place and got a whole different story so I would not trust them. If you go go at your own risk. I would give This place zero stars if it had an option.

My son went here since birth first i loved it but recently went in for 6 month 3 yr old check up was told he had 3/4 cavities, and that the only way to work on them was to have him put to sleep at a different place, i talked to his dr which is next door at TC and found out they do this alll the time telling patients to go to surgery center to be put under , so i got a second opinion by taking him to a new dentist , THEY DIDNT EVEN see cavities , legit only found one small one on the very back tooth and told me they can do the tooth with laughing gas and the juice vs being put to sleep!! I would never ever come here again!! We arrived early for an 830 appointment and it took 15 minutes for us to just get in. Then once we got in they did x-rays quickly and then we sat and waited over 40 minutes with no one telling us what was going on and two other kids getting there teeth cleaned before us who had arrived after us. No one updated us or apologized for the wait! We were also told no cell phone use in the back or they wouldnt hesitate to skip us and move to another person. For a place that expects it's clients to be considerate of their time they sure as hell were not considerate

My child told me he was treated terribly while in treatment with her because when he cried she forced him to open his mouth and she shoved her fingers in his mouth and got very frustrated with him and also ripped off the stickers to check pulse and heart rate off his chest because she was frustrated. He told me she even yelled at him to stop crying. She's pretty smart about it because parents are not allowed in the room and now I know why!!! Parents please watch your children around this dentist. Take your kids somewhere else!! If I could I would give this business no stars!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I took my daughter to her first dental appointment here because I noticed brown spots on her teeth. I was told she has cavities and they would have to be fixed. I would have to sedate her with no option to not, even though she was a perfect patient. I decided to get a second opinion on the cavities. The place I went to for the second opinion caught things on the X-ray that galactic did not catch. They also examined the brown spots and determined they were weak spots in the baby teeth and not cavities because they were not soft. Galactic not only did not do a

Horrible customer service and planning from the pediatric dentist . I would not send my dog to get there teeth checked here . My daughter went in for a dental check up . She did need a lot of work so the dentist and i decided on a treatment plan and on the day she was suppose to get the procedure done the doctor refused to start treatment without my daughter being sedated by IV although we had already spoken about getting just her left side of her mouth done first with oral medications . This dentist office wasted so much of my time and my daughter missed 3 days of school dealing with them .

Nice staff, friendly kid decor, clean facility, but inadequate at taking impressions. I was charged $300 for faulty large retainers. I asked to speak with the doctor, and refused to leave the office with the useless piece that was digging into my daughter's upper back throat, and pressing into her upper front gum that was clearly visible to the naked eye. I'm still waiting for this issue to be resolved. I'm extremely disappointed at the lack of concern for the poor work the lab sent back. Lack of communication to resolve the issue after the payment has being made.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Let's just start off the lady at the front desk who claims she's the manager is very rude. My daughter and son went to this location back in May for routine cleaning and was charged for the cleaning when perhaps their insurance covered the cleaning. Well I've been trying to get my refund back for the longest. Went to the location yesterday and was told since I'm not banking with the same bank they are unable to put the refund back onto my current card. That they would have to mail me a check. I've never had an issue where the company
