Sleep organics has top quality mattresses at good prices. Also the best customer service we have ever had--not an overstatement. We were relocating and the store owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating in helping us pick out mattresses while living out of the area. We went back and purchased an additional two mattresses because of the quality, but specifically because of the owner's approach to customer service.

We've just bought our mattress and we LOVE it! The help we got from the sales person working there was very professional, detailed, accurate, full of medical advice (WOW!!!) and if it was not for HIM we would probably continue searching and looking for the mattress somewhere else, but this person convinced us we are in the right place and patiently guided us through all kinds of choices offered in this AMAZING STORE so we made our purchase. Since then we wake up in the morning full of energy, feeling 10 years younger!!! It is not just a new mattress, it is the comfort and tremendous improvement

If you want a bed that goes way above and beyond the hype that other mattress stores try to sell you on, you can't go wrong here. The owners are so knowledgeable and helpful and they carry a very wide range of healthy-sleep options. I was so pleasantly surprised to find out that even though I didn't have a huge budget, I could get the kind of bed I really wanted to have - where I don't have to worry about what chemicals I'm exposing myself and my family to.
I've had my new bed for just a few days so far, and it's truly changed my outlook on life! Good sleep is EVERYTHING

Sleep Organic business owner, George K, is very UNETHICAL! He falsely represented the warranty of the Savvy mattress company. He stated that we would void our warranty with Savvy if we were to stain our mattress,
thereby convincing us we needed to purchase a $250 mattress pad that was made by a completely different company. Once we got it home and put the pad on the bed we discovered it was a poor fit. When we wanted to return this unused inferior product George K went into salesman mode and refused to refund our money.
I called Savvy and they were very concerned that their warranty policy

I just got my mattress and it is AMAZING!! My back adjusted into place just laying on the firm mattress and I wanted to take a nap at that moment! It seems to be well made too so I can't wait to introduce our growing kids to this healthy and wonderful mattress!! Despite of all whining and strange comments: great alternative bed options and very knowledgeable salesman. Spent a great deal of time talking about beds, allowing us to test in the store all the beds before we choose the one we purchased. We spent at least the hours at the store but it felt like less. Great experience.

Being a health conscious couple involved in organic food locally, we were excited to purchase a mattress that was not only better for us but good for the planet.
We Received our savvy rest mattress with holes and tears all through the latex layers. Neither Sleep organics sarasota or savvy rest had any interest in helping with this defective matress, on top of it we have payed to exchange layers multiple times and still after a year have not gotten a full night sleep. This mattress is extremely uncomfortable. Once again have contacted both distributer and manufacturer and they have zero interest

I wish I could them 5 stars. It was certainly 5 stars right up until we received our mattress. They were helpful and stayed on task, checking in with us, etc. We received our mattress and within a month realized it wasn't the one for us. It had coils in the bottom and we realized we didn't want to go back to any coils. I called about returning it and ordering a much expensive pure latex one. I was told they didn't do returns. How can you not do returns on a mattress? The manufacturer would have taken the return if we had ordered directly from them, so it was a big expensive penalty to not buy direct

We had an awesome experience when we purchased our savvy rest mattress and adjustable bed from the information we were given to the delivery setup. Everything went well the staff was very knowledgeable about the products and what would work for us. I would recommend Sleep Organics for your sleeping needs. We are glad we did.
