Pretty darn impressive all the way around. Mattress virtually sold itself with louann's product knowledge. Built there and delivered 3 days later on time. Didn't wait whole day for delivery. Then they come out every 6 months and flip it. Most comfortable mattress ever. Thanks

They make the beds right there in the store and you can look through the window and watch them while their making a mattress. Their matresses are well made and long lasting and you can try each one in the store before you buy one. The staff are very friendly and the prices are good.

I have never experienced better customer service in all of my years. Recently I went in to talk about my mattress(I have had many through the years from Pittsburgh)--realizing I had 25 year warranty--Lou Anne made a house call --imagine that! Determining it needed covering tightened a bit--it was picked up in the AM and returned 6 hours later--problem solved--and I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Impeccable service!
