I am a happy shopper today. I went to two other big name stores and was disappointed. I had given up and was just going home. I saw the sign for Leather Gallery and Bedding Center and turned in. I found exactly what I had been looking for and got a great deal. Jeff Harrison made everything so easy. I have the color leather I needed, a base that matches my other furniture and I saved about $800 from the prices quoted at the other stores, AND delivery was included. Had an issue with the frame on our new sectional. They sent a rather uninterested fellow over. Still had issue. Then....Kevin was sent over. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. It’s a rare employee that shows such interest in his job and the customer’s satisfaction. Kevin is an outstanding representative of the company! Bravo Debbie and Kevin. In the market for a couch I was first in shock as I didn't understand that people spend as much as 20 grand for their couches... I was on my way to buy another typical throw away couch when we stopped at the leather gallery and met John Silvio.... when we set down I had already seen a price on a couch that said 18,995... Jeff was our sales person and he was awesome. We had been to five other stores looking for recliners and then we found Sarasota leather. We had called to see if they had a particular recliner on their floor to try. Although they did not have the recliner we were looking to try, Jeff was so helpful and friendly on the phone we decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. We're so glad we did! I knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the store. Friendly sales personnel and a great no pressure atmosphere. Then, once I began to work with Tom McKenna, I realized he was truly my go-to-guy for real information and assistance to help me find just the right leather furniture for my home. I purchased 2 leather sofas and 2 leather reclining chairs. They are GORGEOUS!!! The quality and style is second to none ( I know, as I shopped elsewhere before finding this store). We purchased two Fjords chairs and chose a wood color based on the color wheel sample. When the chairs came in, we weren’t at all happy with the wood tone. We didn’t feel is was close to what we wanted at all. I brought one of the ottomans in for comparison and worked with my original salesperson, Doretta, who was so understanding and offered a possible solution. I heard from her today and she reports that they are going to switch out the bases for us with a different wood color. She has gone above and beyond for us and I can’t thank her enough for her excellent customer service. She promises

We are extremely happy with our Omnia Furniture. There was a slight glitch when one end of sectional didn't operate properly. However with the immediate support provided by Tom McKenna from the Leather Gallery as well as Omnia the problem was resolved very expeditiously. It goes without saying working with Mr. McKenna was an absolute pleasure.
