This is the second time I've been delivered flowers by this company.
I'm not entirely sure where the physical location of this company is as it appears to be a "middle man" for flower delivery to military bases. Apparently you go to this website and they will forward your order on to a local florist who will then go onto the base and deliver flowers to the person of your choosing.
The first time, last year when I was given flowers by this company the person delivering them called me on the phone to ask me where on base I was and then, when they found out I was on the Norfolk
