You would think by now this business would get in touch with 1800flowers and ask for better instructions or pictures if this is their problem. This is their excuse for every bad review on here. The flowers I received were nothing like what my husband ordered for Mother's Day. He spent 77 dollars and I got the smallest bunch of flowers ever. Note in the picture there should be two sunflowers, lily (none) and other flowers are missing. I hope they go out of business because basically they're stealing peoples money.

I have tried 1800Flowers and much to my dismay I was totally disappointed every single time. I called my local florist at Bloomingdales and I could not be happier. They are friendly, caring and want to create the most special flower arrangement for whatever the occasion may be. I highly recommend this florist as Chesapeakes premier local floral shop. You will not be disappointed ever.

I ordered flowers via 1800 Flowers which is then contracted through Blooming Dales Florist. My mother received her arrangement from Blooming Dales today and was disgusted and upset with the quality. After receiving the photos of the arrangement, I was mortified to see what was delivered. I called the Blooming Dales Manager and she was extremely rude and disrespectful from the second we started to speak. She swore and stood by her quality of the arrangement and stated she only receives 2/3s of the money from 1800 flowers so she just follows her "recipe" and doesn't photoshop flowers like 1800 flowers

Extremely cheap quality of flowers. Very sparse on the amount of flowers. Most of the flowers are wilting and I just received them minutes ago.
Would NOT Recommend! Walmart or 711 has better quality flowers.
Unfortunately this is what my husband ordered to get me a replacement vase that is similar to an extremely precious vase that was broken during home remodel. Husbands loving gesture is the only reason I'm willing to give the stars above.

Do not order flowers from this florist. They are so rude and do not care what they send out to people. I ordered through 1-800 flowers a beautiful arrangement for my friend's birthday . What she received was nothing like what I ordered from 1-800 flowers. When I called the florist, she could of cared less. She said they always got good reviews ! That was a lie!!! She said they did not make much money off 1-800-flowers and could not do anything to help the situation . The arrangement that my friend received looked like they threw the flowers in the vase. I am giving the one star to be able to write a comment. I picked up a tux Thursday afternoon for prom on Saturday. We left to go out of town on Friday morning. He put the tux on and not only did it not fit (pants or bow tie) the vest and bow tie were the complete wrong color. Was supposed to be all black we received brownish purple corduroy :/ He could not even wear it. I called first thing Monday morning expecting some sort of apology and received it's not our error. I selected and ordered two bouquets off the website. I was so disappointed when I received a photo of what I thought I had purchased. Not even half the flowers were in the order, as was shown on the website. Upon calling the store, the person was not pleasant or apologetic for not delivering what was ordered. I won’t use them again.

Horrible customer service. Went in to have balloons filled for my son's party willing to pay to have them filled. He wanted specific balloons so I purchased them from Amazon. The Dollar Tree was willing but out of helium. Waited 10 minutes which was fine. When I asked to have them filled, I was told I could go purchase my own helium tank from Sam's Club. I would understand if they would've said no if I was asking to have them filled for free but seriously? I will no longer recommend or purchase from there. I ordered a surprise birthday arrangement for my best friend who lives hundreds of miles away. She posted a picture on Facebook of her flowers and I was shocked to see what she received compared to what I ordered. I contacted 1-800 Flowers and they read me an email from the florist accusing me of trying to "get something for free." They refused 1-800 Flowers request to re-deliver. 1-800 Flowers then had to find another shop in the area to "make things right." I then called the florist directly to ask why they would make such accusations & I was told that many people do this

I received sympathy flowers from them. I did not appreciate the gift bag and note that was sent telling me to use the in closed thank you post card to send back to the sender thanking them for the arrangement. This also had there name and phone number also on the back of the post card. Maybe for a birthday or congratulations arrangement but not a sympathy arrangement. You could tell from the card this was a sympathy note. Also sent a candy cane in the bag. Husband died before Christmas. Will not use.

I ordered Flowers for a Funeral I Paid for the largest one through 1800flowers.com they used this place to send my arrangements it was nothing like what I paid for! I was VERY UPSET with what I reseceived I called 1800 back they said I would be receiving the right arrangement that I ordered it didn't ever come I called 1800 back they said Blooming Dale's florist refused to send the correct one! If this is the way they do business I recommend not ever using this this place!

The staff were very friendly and seemed helpful and fun during the order. The original person with whom I spoke quoted prices for the plant and the delivery charges after I asked for pricing (I write down numbers as they are quoted). After a computer malfunction, another person took over re-entering my information and completed the process. When I received the order confirmation, the plant was $1.00 more than the quoted price, and the delivery charge was $1.00 more than quoted. Received a huge, gorgeous bouquet from my husband, for Valentine's Day, which they delivered to my office. Came with a cute little bag with a few "extras" in it, and 2 balloons. The business card said that Kimberly had created the arrangement, and she did a great job. Will definitely use thus florist in the future!

Blooming Dales has been my florist for many years. They did my wedding flowers and I could not have more more delighted! They did a wonderful job and I have always been very pleased with everything I have ordered from Blooming Dales. The customer service was excellent and I was made to feel like a very important customer. I would like to suggest that you try them for your floral needs. My sympathy flowers at a friends service stood out among the others because they come from Blooming Dales!

First time using this florist and last. I had to order a basket for a funeral and was so disappointed in them. Contacted the florist by email and phone and never heard back from them. Guess they have too much business and not enough time to have good customer service. I definitely wouldn't recommend this florist since there are so many other to consider.

I came here today with my daughter to buy her flowers for her prom. It's the first time I've ever been here- actually, I didn't even know it was here. After today's experience, I would definitely use them again. The selection was broader than a different florist we used last year for ring dance. The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming.
