I called Zotino’s from Connecticut to order flowers for someone who lives in the VA Beach area. I spoke to the owner who couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. I explained what I was looking for in the arrangement and he assured me the flowers would look beautiful. He did not disappoint. It’s no wonder Zotino’s has over 56 five star reviews.

First of all I want to say the customer service at Zontini's is excellent. Zontini is very pleasant to work with and very conscious about making sure your order arrives on a timely manner. The flowers I ordered for our daughter-in-law were absolutely beautiful. I feel they were also reasonably priced. Our 3 year old granddaughter loves her balloons. I will definitely continue to order through Zontini's in the future. Great Job!!!

On 10/23/2021 I went to order flowers from this florist.
They had two weddings and a funeral to take care of on Saturday which made a very busy time for them. They took my order and gave me a time it would be delivered and it was delivered earlier than expected. I cannot say enough about the beautiful arrangement of fresh flowers, they were lovely & they certainly brightened the day of the recipient. I would give a big thumbs up to this florist.

I ordered from a Google search for best florist in the Virginia Beach area. Zontini's came up with 5 stars. They were so accommodating from the first phone call. The customer service is something I thought had gone out of style. The delivery was on time and without any additional directions. The flowers are beyond compare. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best florist. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

Zontini's is delightful to work with! So grateful to work with them to celebrate a family member for an amazing accomplishment. I called Zontini's from another city to deliver locally to a family member -- and they were very, very helpful, and accommodating. The arrangement arrived on time and they even texted a photo to me in advance!

Planning a 60th B-day celebration for my mom during COVID definitely added the pressure. Knowing we couldn’t go anywhere, we wanted to do something special in the house. I’ve never been able to find a place for balloons and somehow found this hidden gem. I wasn’t sure about ordering online so I called and was helped immediately. All my questions were answered and was even provided suggestions. Before ordering they sent me pictures of the balloons blown up so I could see the colors. Very very helpful

I am located in Philadelphia and needed to do a birthday surprise for my daughter who just got stationed in Virginia Beach. With only 3 days notice, Zontini pulled off a stealth, covert lawn decoration mission. She was so surprised and happy. She said mom, you're over the top! The customer service from Zontini's was superb. I found and used them because they had 5 stars. Believe me, I am giving them 5 stars because they've earned it!

Is exceptional as an event decorator and florist. I have had the honor and opportunity to have his skill with balloons at several of my events. 's mastery with custom designed floral arrangements is phenomenal. His work is exceptional, clean, detailed and true art. I was able to see work one on one with his staff and clients. He is kind, professional and concerned that all work is perfect, making it all more than one would expect is his norm.
