Randall has an extensive background in the planning, fielding and management of C5ISR technologies deployed to challenging environments abroad. Randall has developed plans and policies for the forward integration of technologies designed to protect critical infrastructure in support of the U.S. Government, Commercial Entities, the United Nations, and Host Nation partners.
