When I arrived Orthroone, I thought I had found the perfect doctor office. The staff was very friendly and prompt service. Once I spoke to the doctor I realized I was in wrong the place, he didn't seem to care about my pain that I was dealing with. He just wanted to go straight to his script on my surgery need, no stopping in between to asked questions or raised concerns. Had to wait until he finished saying what how he was going to handle my surgery. I won't be going back.

I have had two knee replacements, four rotator cuff repairs, and one foot surgery, all done by Ortho One. Having been to several other orthopedic clinics during my 69 years (that happens when you ride motorcycles), I have a basis for comparison. I would never dream of going anywhere else and have nothing other than praise for most of the doctors and their staff, including the physical therapy department. The exception to my endorsement is Marcus Biggers. Avoid at all costs!

I love Ortho One Dr. Jeff Dlabach and Marcus Biggers at Colierville are great, I have been seeing Dr. D 16 years has has awsome bedside manner has worked on my knees and shoulder. Dr. Pickering has the bed side manner of a Rock, he is blunt and just a hateful guy, great doctor but rude and arrogant. Don't waste your time in OB go to Collierville and be pleaased.

The doctor did an alright job but i would highly discourage anyone from using their physical therapy. I asked Tequina about the price before my appointment. I pay 100% until my deductible and am moving soon so i did not want to use insurance. The cash price was more that several other PTs i had called. Tequina LITERALLY stopped me from walking out of the door, said she would ask the PT if we could work something out. She came back with a great deal and i confirmed we would leave my insurance out of it. She even showed me a post-it not to bill BCBS. When i check my insurance portal I had been billed

My husband had surgery 2 days ago with Dr Butler. The surgery went well and recovery was going as expected. Yesterday afternoon, my husband's knee scooter collapsed and he suffered a hard fall on a concrete floor. We called Ortho One for an appt to see if he damaged anything when he fell. They got in him first thing this morning. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. He quickly had xrays done and was taken to a room. Dr Butler came in to see my husband within 5 minutes. He explained in great detail in easy to understand terms the surgery he performed and his expectations for

Dr. Pickering was very rude with my husband....he walked in his room and just assumed that he was there for pain management....my husband could have explained to him why he was there instead of assuming that he knew him....my husband has been through 3 back surgeries and has a electronic stimalator in his back for pain.....this was a different kind of excruciating pain....didn't want pain meds just wanted to know if something else could be going on to the lower back.....doctors need to be patient with people especially if they don't know them. For his info my husband has a pain management doctor

Broke wrist over week-end, called Monday AM at 8:15 and got appointment for 9:45 AM. Lots of paperwork as new patient but everyone friendly and helpful. Saw Dr Biggers who was very efficient and more than willing to explain everything very clearly. Told us what to expect during the treatment process and how long it should take to heal. Would feel very comfortable referring him to anyone.

Ortho One is NUMBER ONE as far as I'm concerned....they are TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! Dr. Pickering and his staff are the BOMB Diggity as my son put it after we left there. We won't go anywhere else from now on. We have been there 5 times now and after going to Campbell Clinic first the way we were treated there is what made us go to Ortho One in the first place.....so I guess you could say we "thank Campbell Clinic for treating us so badly" because if it wasn't for the way they treated us, we wouldn't have gone to Ortho One and found the BEST DOCTORS on the planet!!! I wouldn't recommend any other place
