Laura Lendermon, MD, PT completed her Medical Degree as well as her Physical Therapy Degree at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. Following her residency, she completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the American Sports Medicine institute under the direction of Dr. James Andrews, a national leader in Sports Medicine.

Be very careful if you are a patient at this practice - your personal information may be compromised.
I visited this practice one month ago. While waiting in an examination room, I noticed the room's computer was displaying a list of patients with their phone numbers and the last 4 digits of their social security numbers. This is a violation of HIPPA. I was alone in the room. I could have taken a photograph of the screen, used a thumb drive to download the information, or worse, I could have been more computer savvy and corrupted the application.
