When my very energetic 6 yr old son decided to try gymnastics, the first location we went to was dissapointing, as they approached boy's rec gymnastics as "free time" & my son learned nothing. So we moved to United. Coach Anthony matches his energy & is amazingly patient, all while still supporting & correcting my son continually as he starts to… learn the basics. I've also observed the PreK class and while I dont know their coach, she is amazing at keeping all the little ones engaged. We have been attending this gym since preschool, we are now in third grade. Over the years my daughter has been treated nice and what not, but she never learned anything. She has had 6 different coaches. they never move her up and she still in beginner. She never learned how to do the small thing properly because the coaches never correct the… kids, they just allow them to learn improperly. So my 8 year old has learn a cartwheel and how to swing on a bar ... absolutely disappointed in this gym and we will not return. After all the other issues that has happened recently. My daughter has been apart of the Gymnastics family for over three years. She has loved all her coaches! Its a great place for children to learn the sport of Gymnastics as well as the importance of hardwork, commitment and kindness to others. I highly recommend this gym.

On our second lesson (Beginners), and I'm really appreciative of a few things; how responsive the gym is with questions, the small class sizes, and the hands on attention the coaches provide. They're actively repositioning the girls as they practice and consistently giving feedback or recognition. Would definitely recommend this gym.

The entire gym..owners, front desk staff and coaches are amazing! They are all extremely friendly and caring. Coaches test for progression and placement but do not pressure the kids to compete. Instead, they encourage and empower them. Everything they do is for the kids. My child loves it there.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym. We have been to a few others and they just aren’t the same. We made the switch just after school started up and all my daughter has done is EXCELL! Her coaches know her on a personal level and are just as excited to see her as she is to see them. She moved up twice in just two months! I love seeing all of her new tricks! They’re great with social distancing, mask wearing (adults and coaches) and sanitizing as well! We’re definitely a UFFG family for as long as we can be! We just signed up my almost 3 year old for her first class next week,

My daughter has been attending UFFG for a year and she LOVES it! The coaches are amazing and so attentive to the children! My daughter is 6 and has ADHD and instead of getting frustrated with her, they’ve truly taken the time to figure out what works for her, what doesn’t and how to keep her busy so she’s not distracted or distracting others. It means so much to me because people tend to lose their patience with her. UFFG has become our second family and we can’t recommend them enough!!! If you’re considering gymnastics for your child... choose UFFG! You won’t be disappointed!

UFFG is a fantastic gym that has very knowledgeable coaches and staff My children love going every week for over a year now. So many opportunities to grow in the programs by learning new skills and advancing in levels. We really appreciate all of the United Flip Force family for what they do to give confidence and courage to my girls.

We recently signed up my daughter for classes and we're happy with what we saw. Coach Anthony was great. He remembered to use our daughter's name during the class (which is a big deal. It is easier to say "you" instead of remembering someone's name. He took the time to remember her name.) Everyone treated the kids well and encouraged them to keep going in positive ways.

My daughter has been attending United Flip Force for over 3 years! She loves it and I love it! The coaches are very good with inspiring confidence and promote team and individual effort! They make gymnastics fun!! Over the years, we have formed friendships and bonds with other families that I am certain will last a life time! My girls started gymnastics almost two years ago at UFFG. They absolutely love it! Both of my girls have moved up to the next level class since they have been there. They have grown so much stronger and developed a healthy self confidence. We do not plan on ever leaving this gym as long as we live in this area! The coaches have been wonderful for them. The coaches always tell me what areas to have them work on at home and also the skills they have mastered. We love the gym and the front desk staff and the coaches!! If you are looking for a family environment, fun, professionals and extremely knowledgeable

Very happy we found a great place close to home that really care about each and every student. The coaches work with each gymnast at their level. You can tell the coaches have fun as well as the gymnasts. My daughter has loved it UFF!! You feel at home and not pressured to sign up for more either, it’s all about having fun and with structure. We have recommended to many friends already who have also joined. Great place to learn gymnastics from the best!!

I am so happy that I discovered this gym! My daughter LOVES it, and has mastered amazing skills. The coaches are encouraging, very skilled and talented. They really care and want the gymnasts to do well. They get just as excited as the gymnast does when they are finally able to do a skill they have been working hard on! You can tell they really enjoy what they do. The owners and administration are very accessible and approachable, as well as extremely nice. I’m so happy that my daughter found a home in this gym.
