This is a USA Gymnastics sanctioned meet that will compete Women's USA Gymnastics Level 1-10 and Xcel and Men's from USA Gymnastics Level 1-10. With Instructors guidance, parents assist toddlers in this fun filled class paced with pre-gymnastic activities and basic movements that develop motor skills.

Services
ACE Gymnastics is owned and operated by Ray & Joan Gnat. Ray Gnat is a former LSU Competitor & All-American Athlete. Joan Gnat is a former 1972 U.S. Women's Artistic Gymnastics Olympic Team Competitor. Ray and Joan have always enjoyed passing on their unique experiences to young athletes. Throughout their career many of their athletes have had many great successes.
The ACE team programs are designed to train athletes to be competitive in gymnastics competitions. Our teams travel throughout Florida competing in qualifying competitions that will allow them to progress to regional and national level meets. Girls & Boys teams each compete on the appropriate Olympic events.
Our October Parents Night Out Event is Special! We go ALL OUT for Halloween! We offer 2 events at the same time. Our Preschool Halloween Party for ages 3 & 4 (must be potty trained) and our School aged Halloween Party! Both will have Costume Contests and parades, prizes, games Pizza, and more! Be sure to register early as space is limited!.
This Party includes everything you need for a GREAT Birthday Party! You will receive one hour of gymnastics, gym games and activities by your party coach in the gym followed by a half hour for pizza and cake in the party room. We will provide the table cloths, napkins, plates, pizza, juice, cake, goody bags for everyone and a t-shirt for the Birthday Child!
ACE Gymnastics follows the Seminole County School System. If the schools are closed for a Holiday or teacher work day then ACE is having a camp (some exclusions apply). Our camp offers fun time in the gym and upstairs fun with games and arts & crafts. Students should bring their lunch and 2 snacks, although these items are available in our snack bar for a small fee.

I brought my daughter there thos morning for a trial class and I would of have a zero start if it wasn't for coaches being nice. The front desk girl that was there this morning is rude, obnoxious and has a serious attitude problem. The coach said my daughter was advanced enought to move to advanced cause she did great and has been to gymnastics before so I asked her what I needed to do to put her in advanced class and she said you need to get a paper so I went and talked to vouch to get that , the couch went up to talk to her and she was rude to her and said not she stays in beg class , I tried

Our 7 year old loves flipping and running around so we came here to get her some proper training!
The instructor was great, prices are great, staff is friendly. They are taking all precautions for covid-19 as well so if you plan to stay for classes bring a mask (or they will give you one)

My son and daughter started here just by going to Friday night open gym( 2nd and 4th Friday of every month). My son loves the games with coaches and all the equipment, especially the trampoline and foam block pits. They bring their friends now. 10$ for 2 hours is a bargain and for a couple dollars more they can get pizza. We never miss. My 8 year daughter now takes classes here. It's clean and they really help and supervise the kids. We've tried other gyms, this is the one. It's affordable and awesome. I love Elise. Your kids will beg to come here. Great exercise no matter what level or experience

I love this place. Both my girls have been enrolled for almost 2 years and the coaches are awesome. Staff is great, specially the girl at front desk, Nicole. She’s always very helpful and very nice. Every time my kids have to make up a class, she always helps me find the best one. She’s such a great help. Thank you Nicole for your customer service. You are awesome.

Our daughter, Hannah is a compulsory team gymnast at Ace. She has flourished under the direction of her coaches, whom I trust completely with her when she is in the gym. The coaching staff is exceptional. They provide positive reinforcement and encourage our child to always do her best. She considers her coaches and teammates her "family" and looks forward to practices and meet season. The coaches and staff Live up to their name; they’re Ace! One of the smoothest transitions I have ever seen which considering the number of gymnasts, coaches, events and activities must not have been an easy task. Within just a few days everything was in order and well organized, we were a little lost until the new management was able to talk to us but the moment they stepped in we knew everything was going to be okay, love the big sister, little sister program they put in place and the focus on excellence whilst keeping it fun; a hard balance for every sport. As a coach (basketball), I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the coaches and staff at Ace Gymnastics. The coaches bring the perfect balance of sternly pushing athletes with a positive, encouraging approach. The staff show a genuine care for the families this gym serves. Fantastic gym! My daughter recently joined the team(training level 9) and has felt both wanted and accepted by the owners and coaches. Everyone greets us with a warm welcome each time we come to the gym. The coaching staff, Mikara, Barrick,Rosie, led by Ray and Joan really know what they are doing! They are leaders and know how to train all ages and levels of gymnasts. During workouts they each have their own style of encouragement and know how to motivate the gymnasts to get the very best results. I went here for the first time today with my girlfriend and her son. Both of our kids are 2.5 and they lobed this place. It's $8 for a stay n play and there is a huge open gym with all kinds of activities for kids. I liked it because there were tons of things for he kids to use and play with to get their energy out and get exercise. All of the kids were around the same age and it made it fun foe everyone.

My son took class here for about 2 months. The instructor was fantastic!!! He was great with the kids and my son had a blast!!!
On the down side, about 2 months in to my son attending here, I noticed the back door being opened and closed multiple times and people going in and out. There were small kids right there and I saw that as a HUGE safety concern. I addressed this with the front desk, and the so called "business manager" was disgusting!!! She proceeded to argue with me about why it is used and went on and on about how it's only for staff even after I brought up the fact that

We were introduced to Ace by a Stay and Play last month and recently joined the Mommy and Me classes. The Stay and Play are considerably less crowded when school is in session. When school is out and it is rainy (pretty much what I call Florida winter because it is almost impossible to play outside between the heat and the storms) it can get VERY crowded. If you have an uber hyper active toddler, dressing them in a super loud color can be helpful as keeping track of a neon little blur as they go nuts on the trampolines and pit is a lot easier then say...light pink for a girl. My daughters ADORE
