Services
We believe in offering real gymnastics for all who are interested in the sport. Whether one is interested in recreational or competitive gymnastics, we have programs for you. We firmly believe in the Positive Approach and we have a special focus on client satisfaction, we exist to serve you with excellence.
To partake in non-member programs and events, such as Open Gyms, Parent Night Out Bashes, Birthdays, etc. One must have a release waiver on file. If you are an ACTIVE member, you only need a "Client Agreement" on file. To partake in classes or team programs with Gymnastics USA, one must have a Gymnastics USA Client Agreement on file.
Ninja Kidz is a recreational program designed for children ages 5 to 12 years old. Classes are co-ed and divided by skill level. The program includes four different events with three different levels. The four events are practices of Form, Obstacle, Climb, and Power. All four events are chosen to create a well-rounded Ninja and to achieve safe exercise, learning, and fun in every class.
Aerial Silks & Lyra Aerial art activity has been growing trend globally with every passing year, due to it's elegance, uniqueness, and dynamic presentation. The activity allows the perfect outlet for children and adults to partake in physical activities that promote gross motor skills, social skills, strength, flexibility, self-discipline, and fun.
Gymnastics USA is dedicated to helping children with special needs. Our program teaches concentration, memory skills, gross-motor skills, coordination, and physical fitness with a focus on the sport of gymnastics. 1 Private one on one coach instruction. 2 Private group lessons with coach. 3) Open group instruction with family involvement (family involvement encouraged).

My level 8 daughter was given the opportunity to try out this gym while we were with family in Florida. They were welcoming, professional and kind. The coaches were knowledgeable and helpful. She had a great time working through her routines and conditioning. Thank you for welcoming her like family. This is a fantastic business model and we even enjoyed our time in the lobby. My daughter was in gymnastics 2 days a week and we where not happy although we didn’t get refund for the few weeks she attended they did refund me for the month I didn’t authorize and for the inconvenience offered us a chance to try another class for free!! So we will give it a try and see. Also their website says that you will be happy with their facility or your money back guaranteed be sure your within the 15 days or it doesn’t apply.

Both of my sons have been part of their Ninja Kids program for about 4 or 5 months now. (Ages 5 and 9)
When we first started, my younger son had Coach Garrett. He is phenomenal! He works so well with the kids, motivates them to try new things, and does a great job of keeping the class in line. When they changed coaches, Chase was introduced to Coach Fabian. He has this nack for making my kid feel like he's his biggest fan, and really brought Chase out of his shell. My girls had private lessons with Noah, while they were in town and he was simply amazing!!!! Extremely patient and did an excellent job spotting them and introducing them to gymnastics.
I was extremely pleased, I wish we could bottle him up and send him home with us. He gets 10 🌟! As a parent, I was completely at ease as he worked with our girls.

My kids have done summer camp here for several years and I absolutely love it! The gym is always clean and well kept, the staff is friendly and well-trained. The kids are given a great balance of structure and freedom so that they love to come and look forward going to gymnastics camp. I recommend it to everyone!

We joined USA gymnastics about four weeks ago. We first sign up for two days a week. Our three year old and four year old daughters. After about two weeks we received a call regarding payment. It was explain to us that a portion of the money we paid was for dues and registration . So we now was due our monthly payment. As we was talking we upgraded to three days since our daughters was so happy about the place and also the price. I put a credit card on file which was decline. I received a email regarding payment. I talk to the front desk and made them aware of the payment. They said just stop by

Our kids have participated in the summer camp 3 years in a row, and absolutely love it. It is a safe, clean and spacious place, filled with positive energy. I noticed a high rate of employee retention, which is an indication of how good the leadership team is. The coaches are excellent and connect with the kids, and the front desk is friendly and helpful.
Virtual school is a new offering that we have taken advantage of this year. Keeping the kids at home would have been a constant battle, and going to Gymnastics USA eliminates distractions from home.

I signed my daughter up for their home learning program because it looked like a great introduction to Gymnastics for her. It didn't work out for us, and that's ok - I have no problem with their program. The problem I have is that they refuse to cancel my membership, there was no contract signed with the Home Learning program, and my credit card is still being charged 1 month after receiving confirmation that the membership is cancelled. Today, all of a sudden, I am starting to get messages from the "coach" on the Home Learning platform. This is a very unprofessional business

My 2nd grade daughter did the first 10 days of virtual school at Gymnastics USA. They did a great job keeping her on task and on schedule. Kali kept in communication with me and helped my daughter with logging in and ensuring she was on time for her live instruction with her teacher. The staff at Gymnastics USA are all so friendly and helpful. My daughter was so nervous doing LaunchEd on her own without me, but Gymnastics USA made it easy and fun for her. My daughter starts face to face learning tomorrow, but if we have to do virtual again, I would most definitely send her to Gymnastics USA. I

Very disappointing to see such nice equipment and horrible customer service and management. Had my daughter in recreational gymnastics and didn't see her doing much improvements besides tumbling so I pulled her out. Decided to do a camp and my daughter hated it. My husband waited 30 min for our daughter because they forgot to get her. And last they will charge your card as they see fit as long as it's on file without letting you know. I got multiples call about enrolling my kid there yet took forever for me to get an answer on charges I didn't approve only to receive 2 conflicting

We've had a wonderful year at gymnastics USA. Our daughter has gone from a beginner to an intermediate level and has loved her instructors. The place is gigantic and they let you make up classes in other divisions. This makes it super fun if kids want to try something different (ninja, silks). Our daughter celebrated her birthday there and it was a great experience for her and all of her friends. Sign up for their emails. They offer discounts on classes and camps throughout the year. Parents night out/bash night have been super fun. The kids get a meal/snack and have a blast. It's cheaper

Excellent place. Both of my kids are enrolled in there. Going since September and place is amazing. Kids love it. If there is one thing that is missing, is changing room for kids (have to change inside the bathroom stalls). Many times we go right after school and no time to change at home and it's slight inconvenient. Other than that, place is super clean, big and has huge variety of different classes. By best and favorite thing is their parents night outs. It's usually from 6:30-11:00 once a month for only $19 if you sign up beforehand, and $29 if you sign up one week before the event

This is a very nice place. The employees working here are very friendly. All of the kids here are having lots of fun. I love how there is lots of things for kids to play with, even if they are not doing gymnastics! I also love how bright and fun the interior is! In conclusion, we will keep going to Gymnastics USA because it is such a great place for children to do gymnastics!

After walking into the facility for the first time, I was immediately impressed by not only the cleanliness of the entire facility but the friendliness of the staff. So often the staff at the welcome/registration desk are cold and seem too busy to talk to you, but NOT here. I am excited to send my kids there and look forward to a great summer. Wonderful after school programs and a great way to keep your kids active instead of sitting home watching TV. They teach gymnastics, but it is so much more than that. A welcome addition to Winter Garden!
